According to my Anatomy professor di daw totoo ang pasma. There's no such thing as pasma sa mga Medical Books.

@TS: Siguro palamig ka lang mga 2 hours then pwede na yun..Kumbaga pa cool down ka lang. :-) Hope that helps

Ilang years para magkaroon ng 6 pack...ang diet ko is mostly oatmeal and meat. kaya lang sa meat di talaga ako mapili. kung ano ang ulam, un na yung pang protein ko. wala naman kasing choice.

also, makakatulong ba yung mga protein shakes sa pagpapababa ng timbang?? anong whey protein and mairerecommend niyo po...

Mag good cardio workout para bumilis ang process ng pagpapalabas ng abs. L-carnitine helps speed up the metabolism. Sa rate ng pag lose ko ng fat ngayon (di kasi masyadong naka-career lately) estimate ko mga 1 year pa, so 1 year and five months for me, basta may consistency sa workout, from a 43" waistline  :-D

ang hirap magkaron ng quads. mas gusto ko yun kesa sa 6 packs na abs eh.

bakit parang nanghina na'ko. yung mga binubuhat ko dati, di ko na kaya. bumaba ulit yung mga weights na gamit ko. dati araw araw ako sa gym. ngayon twice or once a week nalang. minsan nga wala pa eh.

Yup nakakatulong yun. Either fit or fab, fab gamit ko ngayon.. by the way 37 tyan ko ngayon, matagal paliitin yung bandang baba ng tiyan ko sa ilalim ng pusod.. 43" ito nung february. Bawas din pala sa kanin. Di naman ako totally no rice, 1 cup rice lang per meal. Di ako nakakbuhat or cardio ngayon pero di ako nag ge-gain ng weight, lost 1kg pa nga mga three weeks

promatrix 7 whey protein? ang alam ko jan is 23g of protein per scoop. for sure

 may kasamang scoop yun bro pag bumili ka ng 5lbs bag. try mo nalang

optimum nutrition whey protein gold standard. dapat ttry ko din yung promatrix

 dati kaso wala akong makitang reviews sa net so optimum nutrition nalang

mejo mas mahal ng konti sa promatrix pero sure naman yung quality and

maganda yung feedbacks. ano bang goal mo? lean mass, gain weight, muscle

mass?

Goal ko kasi ay yung mag gain ng muscle at the same time lose s0me weiGht

kakaubos ko lang ng 5lbs ng ON whey ok naman siya. next target, anyone knows kung magkano ang nitrotech hardcore 4lbs sa cash and carry kasi mag nagbebenta sa kin dito sa cavite 3.3k baka konti lang difference para di masayang ang pagpunta ko ng makati

squats - lower body including your core. pag yung toes mo naka point forward, ang focus nya is quads and glutes. Pag medyo naka bukaka ka naman and yung toes mo pointing outward, ang affected muscle will be quads, glutes at yung inner thigh muscles mo

Pasma? Sana napasma na ko. After a couple hours of workout, I take a shower. Everyone in my gym takes a shower. Sa dati kong gym, people swim after a long workout.

Buttocks/Glutes workout - walking lunges. without weights then with weights. Go for twenty steps each leg. Rest for 45 seconds, then do it again. 3-4 sets. Let us know in two days how you feel :) (oh yeah, weights should be at least 15-25 lbs. - get a couple of dumbells then do the lunges).

Lifting beyond your capacity dahil gusto mo.......is WRONG!!!! Nahihilo ka na pala, bubuhat ka pa ng mabigat. There's nothing to gain but intense pain. Try this when doing deadlifts. Get the weight that you are comfortable lifting for a good set. Sample - I'm comfortable lifting 30/30 lbs. (plus the bar) for 12 reps, 4 sets. I add 10 lbs to each, I hurt my back, I add 5 I increase my potential. I add 15 but only do 1 rep, 1 set, I tell my muscles to learn how to lift that.

Hindi kailangan magbuhat ng mabigat sobra to the point na you are throwin up or getting nauseated.

Bakit hindi ka pwedeng mapuyat sa umaga?

nakakasuka na! lalo na pag niluto sa canola oil ang lansa ng amoy awww...2 weeks na to kasabay ng 45 mins cardio and buhat buhat...  :cry:

Bro ano ung 45 minutes cardio mo? & intense ba cya, or hinay-hinay lang? Ako kase everyday, 20 minutes sa treadmill, more than 20 minutes parang nakakaumay na.

Thanks for this info sir..Yung pagbibike daw po ba para sa buttocks din? Sabi lang po ng iba?
