grabe sakit ng shoulders, back and traps ko! i went to the gym yesterday, tagal ko na din hindi nakapasok sa gym kase may gamit naman ako dito sa bahay. iba talaga yung environment pag nasa gym ka talaga..

@SuperWeak!: bro anong program mo sa lats ngayon? wide grip pull ups bro and lat pull down lalabas agad yan. low reps lang pero heavy weights para magka-mass yung lats mo. malalaman mo pag may lats ka na pag nag t-shirt ka mejo masikip sa lat part pero sa belly mejo maluwag yung shirt.... keep it up...

pull ups talaga the best sa lats...

pareng jm, ano ba mga gamit mo sa bahay? balak ko bumili nung mga resistance bands...pang tricep pull down and lat pull na din yung effect nun eh..

@jacopastorius: may bench lang ako with lat pull down attachment and preacher curl pad attachment for bicep curls. balak ko na nga ibenta kase natuwa ako ulit mag gym sa labas. mas ok sa resistance bands yung pull up bar kase body weight mo gagamitin mo talaga. almost complete na yun. shoulders, lats, forearms, biceps, back and abs ang mga tinatamaan ng pull ups. for triceps mag bench dips ka. for chest pushups.

cardio workout para mabawasan ang alak hahahha
hirap mag diet hahaha pag di kelangn nakukuha ko weight
asar pero pag kelangan wala talaga hahaha

advice don't believe in any verbal thingy or magazine and video promotion
they don't tell the whole idea .....
every time may nagtatanung sakin ng workout sa gym
- bawat tao iba iba ang bone and body structure
so individually try to discover the best workout for your body
and must have a proper rest to attain the build you want to earn.
try to explore new program every month or every 3weeks.
dont abuse you muscle especially sa mga nagpapalaki
mas mapapabilis ang paglaki kung may rest.
for body building program
Heavy workout less time
for Sexy time
Light workout more repetition
ecto for a model time
meso for bodybuilding
endo sorry but good health na lang attain nyo hehehe

i started going to gym last year of 2009..
workout at least 3 times a week after office hours..
loose some weight..

Nice topics ah... Okay today was my 1st day at the gym... nung una nahihiya ako kasi baka pagtawan lang ako ng mga taga dun.. buti nlng itong kaibigan ko payatin din at kinulit ako ng kinulit.. As I entered the gym, bumuli muna kaibigan ko mega mass... tapos nakausap ko ung may ari nung gym... approachable sya kaya tinanong ko siya kung ano dapat para sa akin... bulky sya sobra.. ayaw ko ng ganun.. gusto ko lang magkakorte ng konti ang lumalaki kong tyan pati chest ko na medyo walang dating... tinuruan nya ako na dapat mag concentrate lang ako sa abs at chest routine... tapos sinuggest nya din na uminom nuna ako ng creatine capsule... medyo okay na daw kasi ung lapad ng katawan ko sa height ko kaya no need na sa mga heavy stuff the fact na dentist ako kaya bawal ako sa heavy kasi kelangan alagaan ang gaan ng kamay... so i took the creatine capsule den after 15 minutes I started the 3 types of abs exercise na tinuro sa akin... as I was working out sakit ng abdomen area ko da best talaga kasi lam ko tama turo sa akin... that was 15 minutes of abs work out... after such.. unti unti nagfafade ung sakit ng tyan ko..... next was the 3 types ng brench press hayyyy... kala ko hnd ko kaya ung 25/25 lbs.. kaya ko pala... 3 sets 12 reps each (tama ba un?) and other stuff... feeling ko effective ung creatine kasi 2 hours na ako work out wala akong pain masyado nararamdaman.. upto now... siguro bukas ito... hayyy sana tuluy tuloy na ito..... text me naman mga tol kung ano pa dapat ko gawin 09179941351 as starter sa body building from bagong silang caloocan ako flint here.. salamat at god bless...

isa isang tanung lang hahaha
basta 1st adopt ka muna sa environment ng gym, what i mean yung body mo kelangn mabreak in for the 1st time whole body dapat ang workout hehehehe 3-4x a week for 2-3weeks!!!!!

try nyo circuit work-out:
example: chest
1st set 3 to 5 exercise all light bench and dumbell
     Bench press Barbell -> Bench Press dumbbell -> dumbbell plies -> Deeps -> etc hehehe

3rd day na sa gym... putik pakiramdam ko parang walang nangyari sa akin ngayon.. walang masakit na parte ng katawan... ano kaya un???? hayyyy.... anyways.. just watch clips sa you tube workout para sa shoulder, back, chest at abs... para lang may guide... hayst... sana mabuhat ko din ung mabibigat soon.. kanina 30/30 ako chest, abs at sundot ng shoulder... hayst need more push ups siguro para umumbok ung pecks ko.... try nyo tong link... the best atang ABS Work out to..

dun mo pa lang mapapasin na mag nagbabago sayo for now nagaadopt pa lang katawan mo and
dipende rin sa workout yun ok na yan basta wag mo madaliin mabuhat mo din ng gusto mo
kung baga practice lang or continues lang pag gigym isipin mo na lang para sa health yan next target for sexy time naman hehehe yung mga model type na katawan bago sila nagkaron ng ganung katawan either lumaki muna sila bago nagpaliit, regular workout that is from eco to meso or gifted lang talaga na konting pump lang ok na pero lahat dumaan sa bugbugan....

tama bro its like muscles has their own lives. kung on diet ka for muscle build-up rest, sleep and avoid salty food. why? because salt bring water on the muscle like a fat nor gain lots of water that cover the muscles.
white meat from chicken best more than whey proven. .. hehehe yun nga lang ang hassle mag prepare.

kagabi I did back work out hayst... mamaya gabi shoulder naman.... feeling ko lang talaga may mali kasi wala na akong pain na nararamdaman ngayon hnd tulad nung monday at tues... pero so far mga tropa ko may napapansin na na konti kasi medyo lumapad na daw ako tsaka medyo kita ng konti na daw chest ko sa mga t-shirt na suot ko... hehehe... ang tyan mahaba haba pang sit ups to bago humulma... hayst... hayst.. putik ung mega mass na un... nahilo ako sobra kahapon sa gutom kakakain ko pa lang naman nagutom agad ako sobra....

dipende sa program mo bro walang mali nag adjust na kase nor nagadopt na yung katawan mo sa mga binuhat mo ... try mo naman circuit work-out combination of mass and cuts yun but you need a rest wag mo abuse ang katawan mo.....

kung may mass ka na walang masama sa ganun pero kung manipis ka and you wanna get some wall better work per body part regularly and dipende sa bone structure yun and katawan mo din ang magsabi ng workout na effective sayo ok basta ok lang magtanung pero kaw pa din mag decide ok

you dont need extra protein...magsasayang ka lang ng pera...you should focus more on the way you train. not on supplements.

basta wag kyo maging dependent sa supplement i may review before different body type, bone structure
and different work-out.... kase kung di din maganda ang pagka burn mo sa supplement mo wala kang mapansin or masayang lang.....

you dont need extra protein...magsasayang ka lang ng pera...you should focus more on the way you train. not on supplements.

Supplements are ok bro. just dont depend on it too much. minsan kase kulang yung protein naten na na-cconsume naten sa 1 araw. that's where supplements come in, to fill those "kulang". when we lift weights kase we need more protein to feed our muscles.

the best way to drink your protein is 1st, when you wake up in the morning because our body came from a fasting state. 2nd, right after workout because our anabolic window is most susceptible in protein absorption. and 3rd, before going to sleep because our body will go to a fasting state, that's where the science of supplements come in. the slow absorption and timed release of whey protein isolates.

always follow the directions and serving suggestions bro para makita mo agad yung gains. yung iba kase tinitipid.
