oral dianabol steroids yung binebenta samin.ok lang daw as long as di ka mag iinom ng alcoholic drinks pag nasa period ka na nagte-take ka nun.isa sa pinaka kapan-pansin na side effect ay ang pagiging "gigil" mo sa lahat ng bagay. madali kong nalaman kung sino sino ang mga gumagamit nyan dun sa amin dahil pag nakakasabay ko sila eh parang mga torong manunuwag kung makatingin.pag kausap mo parang kulang na lang murahin ka pero maayos naman usapan nyo lolz

id still prefer the supplements i can find in cash n carry.

i see. i guess  yun nakasabay ko nung isang araw sa gym eh naka take nito. malaki physique nya medyo ripped na din. maski nakasalamin, malaki pa din mata parang nanlisik. after eveyr set napansin ko naglalakad sya to and fro habang humihinga ng malalim. parang kinakausap pa nga sarili e. anyway eto yun...

pumila kasi ako sa cable late pull down.

hindi ko sure kung naka roids ha kinabahan ako kasi yun hingal kakaiba. saka parang di mapakali, ikot ng ikot kada pahinga. bukod sa putok yun ugat...ang lakas niya, parang possess este kabayo.

marami sa mga kagym ko dati naka dianabol, di naman sila nanlilisik. . baka case to case basis hehe. . napansin ko lang sa kanila eh malaki sila tapos ripped pa. .

steroids siya. . yung nitric oxide pang pre workout yan di ba? di yan anabolic steroids. .

wala talaga ako alam sa supplements. whey protein lang natake ko dati and it made my acne worse kaya stop ko . .

Ok lang yan mga chong..wag natin pag isipan ng masama ang paggamit/mga gumagamit ng d-bol..im sure di naman obsession ang dahilan nila eh..parang tayo,nagbubuhat to make ourselves happy pag na-hit natin yung goal natin..plus i made friends with some of the lifters na gumagamit nito, ok naman ang normal version nila eh..

I'm on the heavy side and gusto ko nang magbawas ng timbang. Gusto ko sana maggym kaso hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko pag nandun nako. Ano ba ang mga bagay-bagay na kailangan kong malaman bago at habang nagji-gym?

1. start light
2. full body workout routine 3x a week (ex. mwf)
3. cardio days in between

suggestion ko naman,

1. diet - watch your food intake. do not skip meals.
2. try mo research yun 5x5 ni bills starr para ma-build yun foundation mo (strength and form).

ok naman yan kung ang goal mo is to lose some weight lang. kaya lang you will look better kung sasamahan ng resistance training ....

Just started going to the gym last feb, after ng birthday ko (nayaya ng mga pinsan)

Honestly ako pinakapayat & maliit samin although I'm 23 na, curious lang ako...

Since I started slow ang progress ko and goal ko is chest area muna & abs...

Suggestion ng mga pinsan ko I should start taking "amino" daw, so should I? :?

And curious lang, bakit sa ibang mga gym parang meat freezer sa lamig yung mga aircon? :?

I.E. Fitness first...

for the first few months mabilis yung magiging progress mo kasi kakastart mo lang.

yung amino protein supplement yun. kumbaga handy siya to meet yung protein requirements mo pero you can be ok without it. mas tipid pa. best source of protein pa rin yung tunay na pagkain.

Regular runner ako and kakasimula ko lang magbuhat dito sa place namen- 2nd week ko pa lang hehe. Full body workout din ang pinapagawa saken ng friend ko. Nagpapaturo lang ako sa kanya ng proper na form para di ko mainjure sarili ko at tamang body part ang natututukan. Pyramid method ginagawa ko.

Pinakamahirap para saken ngaun eh ung arm curls. Last week ung pec flyes di ko magawa ngaun nakakayanan na naman  :-o

Question guys, kelangan ba talaga ang supplements at an early stage? Karaniwan nababasa ko eh ung mga advanced na eh. Thanks!

thanks sa tip!  :-) strength building- i'll keep that in mind.

ang usual diet ko naman eh oats for breakfast, almonds and tuna sandwich within the day. tapos sa gabi eh pita chicken- nasanay nako dati na ganito talaga ang kain pero tinatry ko bawasan ang bread. pag weekends nagtatry ako ng regular na kain- parang weekend treat na lang.

ako workout ko, half my body weight lang ang lift ko, pero mas madaming reps and isolation..

effective sya for cuts and burning fats.

kaya lang lately puro gear naiisip ko di masyado nakakapag gym. hehe
