Going back to regular pushup (press-up) wisdom, the closer together your palms are when you perform a press up (assuming you do it with proper form and your arms bend to the back, not to the side), the more you activate your triceps. But would anyone here know how much more effective diamond pushups are than regular ones? I mean, in my case for example, is it better to do a set of 40 regular pushups than 25 closed arm pushups?
