OMG! Buhay pa rin pala yung "40" the band...I remember these guys together with "the monks" and "the ire", where the big bands from cebu during the early 90s. 40 and the ire plays new wave, similar to shiela and the insects, while the monks was a glam rock band. They had gigs in our town in the visayas almost 18 years ago. I was a college freshman then.
I am not really knowledgeable with how to play a good blues lick or solo, although I also do play blues based riffs and solo, from time to time. So for me the playing is good.
