Where to buy Capacitors for DIY projects

Hey guys, Im looking where I can find 1uF Metal Film (Polyester) non box type and preferrably less than 100V ? I tried epektos, alexam megamall, and deeco.

Deeco might have but tough luck on metal film. I typically use mylar caps for my tube amp projects.

Yeah they seem to only carry Electrolytics... Actually I was able to find a few in Alexan, the only problem is that i use these in pedals so the higher rated voltage caps don't fit.. I guess i'll have to order from rs components.. Thanks for the input! :)

Yeah size can be a problem though if you need to use higher voltage caps. Good luck

depende. rs varies from 3 days to 14 days. mouser 5 to 7 days

Hey guys, thanks for the help! Found the caps I needed.. Had to get them from multiple sources though: Alexan for 0.1uF 63V Polyester Films, 0.18uF Film from epektos, and 1uF 63/100V mylars from E-Gizmos!

Yeah I ordered a few metal film resisitors that I couldn't find locally from RS. Thanks for the input sir!  :)

How are the shipping costs for Mousers? I ordered from RS, prices include shipping and handling. Will wait till delivery to see if there will be adittional PO charges..
