Mukang oks ah, pede pa-try? Ganda ng beater mo sir ah, pearl ba yan?
Mga sir, mas ok po ang belt drive para sa akin, hehehe, kasi mas magaan ang feeling at mabilis ang response hehe, dati pong double chain ang pedals ko, and parang ambigat ng feeling, kaya instead of buying new double pedal belt drive , i made my own belt drive (literally) hehe share ko lang po sainyo..Feedback ko for my work:☺mas gumaan ang feeling☺mas bumilis yung peds response about 30% faster (feel ko lang hehe) ☺mas masarap sa mata tingnan hehe☺iwas gastos, laking tipidmaterials needed:♦same thread Longer screw (4 pieces for Double Pedal) (2 pieces for Single Pedal)♦1/4 inch washers fit sa screws (8 pcs for DP) (4pcs for SP)♦Ordinary Belt ["NON STRETCHABLE"(hatakin muna para matest)]♦Sharp Scissor♦Philip Screw + or -Procedure: ♠remove screw sa magkabilang dulo ng chain,♠sukatin yung haba at gumipit ng belt na exact size ng chain (tip: wag itira yung gitna, gumupit lang sa kabilang side, para may matirang may tahi sa belt)♠butasan sa exact center ng imaginary square sa end ng belt (wag gumamit ng puncher, dapat screw lang, para masiksik padin pag higpit mamaya)♠put washer sa magkabilang side ng butas ng belt, then screw (kailangan fit na fit , na kakailanganin pa i screw para pumasok)♠do it in other side, then sa isang belt same procedure (kung may slave peds)(tip ilagay yung ginupitan na side sa side na protected)♠assemble it all♠then presto, you now using belt driven pedal hehe!!☺i hope it Helps ^_^ Before:After Working on it..Good Day Po !!!
though i doubt the durability of that belt...even the toughest leathers loses their strength after years of use, in your belts case it will be battered often because of the pulling action of the footboardcguro kung genuine louis vuitton leather ang gagamitin jan e mas tatagal pa yan
preparing for DIY Direct Drive i hope maging successful hehe
awesome! keep us posted
