some thought, yung box ba nung walang anti-rust steel strings may nakalagay padin bang "anti-rust"? or wala na?
kasi i am really worried kung meron pang anti-rust sakin. i just bought a set from lyric 1 or 2 months ago. may nakalagay naman na with anti-rust.
i saw some pics of the boxes sa google and other forums.
parati nila pinapakitang box ganito :



pero when i saw the boxes that i bought from lyric. ganito sya:



it says with anti rust plain steels hindi kagaya nung 1st pic which says "anti rust PLATED plain steels"(or are they the same?)
soo.. what you guys think?



SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! i read some thread and found out it was just the same(the antirust plated plain steel and antirust plain steel.. dumb me overthinking it.). and based on the elixir link pao2pao16 provided, the box will state if it's antirust or not. phewww... paranoia.

do you mean plated? i read some other threads and google, they're the same. and on the elixir website they're using the "antirust plain" and "anti rust plated plain" terms interchangeably which opted me to conclude that it is the same.

YES! magkaiba box ng with antirust sa wala.. phew. buti nalang. ayaw ko magpalit ng strings agad. 900 a month is much(for me that is) for a set of strings.

Please rest assured that we at Lyric have not yet ordered any of the non-plated steel string packs. We have enough ElixirŪ string packs to cover your needs for about a year, so we won't order the non-plated packs yet. If there is a shortage (which we hope won't happen), we'll let you know if we are about to order the non-plated packs so that you may start stocking up on the plated packs. We are hoping that the issue will be resolved quickly so that this won't happen.

i bought two elixir string ung isa nanoweb tas ung isa polyweb worth it naman ung dalawa!

Na-try ko na ang Elixir strings. They do last long and madulas sa kamay. Pero they lack the "brightness" of the un-coated strings.

maybe you tried the poly.. try the nano.(i even find the nano TOO bright).
