ako rin im in the process of finishing my DIY pedalboard. nakaincline din sya. still working on the cover para pwede nadin sya madala sa gig.
materials na ginamit ko are: plywood, nails, screws, handles, lock, hinges, black spray paint.
planning to use aluminum nosings sa gilid.
and wala pa akong velcro

what i did was...

went to a construction site in front of our house...

i asked the workers if they have a spare plank of plywood..

i have them cut into 12x24inches..

went to the bodega of our house and look for old and unsued cabinets...
then took the handles out..

screwed them on the board..

i bouth a replacement carpet or the fuzzy carpet at ace hardware for 200 pesos per meter... (man this things are huge!) and bought a rugby...

gupit lng then dikit sa pedal bord...

less than 300pesos i have a pedal board and for the case, nagpagawa ako kay sir jon caparas.. (pm nyo jon_caparas)

may nakita ako velcro strips, but not 2in wide.

Karpentero, some 1/ plywood for the back and front and 3/4 plyboard, some aluminum angle bars from the glass supply and leatherette from Divisoria. Clasps from Divisoria and Audiophile ditto with corners. Put them together and walah.

i recently finished mine:
size is 12x24

got the board from ACE, laminated na yun
handles from ACE as well, had it screwed on the board dun na din
rubber stoppers from landmark hardware
tapos ayun na. dinikit ko nalang yung velcro sa board.

nagawa jo yung pedal board ko mga 560php lang nagastos ko..

16x34 ung size nito..

sa mga tailoring shop bro.. dun ko nakuha yung akin.. 2" wide sya. tag 25pesos per meter lang naman. both smooth and rough side na yun..

here's my "laptop trick" DIY pedalboard..

old laptop bag dito sa bahay
10"x14" plyboard
fuzzy carpet
rubber mat (para sakto yung fit ng efx at hindi umalog.. i didn't use velcro)
in 2 hours...
