Recommend me an Android/Windows Phone

I kinda need a new one cause my old one now sucks (battery dying randomly, glitches here and there, screen kinda busted,etc.)  and yes the OS must be Android found some apps I can never part with for now.
My budget would be 10k at the max, anyone who owns a phone within the range and is completely satisfied with what they got for gaming, music, messaging, calls, etc., feel free to recommend

OT: stupid blackouts just as I was about to click the save button, *boom no power. stumbled in the dark to find any sort of light source (thank the heavens for my Dad's Akari Torchlite which he bought around 200-300 at a local hardware store) and then here we are again.

Check mo sir  cherry mobile flare or myphone a848i. wala pang 5k yung mga yun pero dual core na. gamit ko myphone a848 (hindi yung a848i version). hanggang ngayon wala pa naman akong nararanasan na glitch o problem sa unit.

may Lenovo units na pala dito. i saw the commercial and the banner sa C5-Bagong Ilog area..si Kobe Bryant ang endorser haha

myphone din sir ok din yung aftersale service. under sila ng Sony. Pero OK din yang Starmobile ayon sa mga reviews na nababasa ko. nagrereklamo lang sila sa presyo, mas mahal daw kumpara sa ibang pinoy phones sa kaparehong specs. hehe

thank you sir sa feed back lalo sa after sales service yeah pricy nga ang other locally branded phones MItP but its alkl about who gives better for their customers who syempre are willing to shell out some cash din

Kakabili ko lang (as in ngayon lang) myphone a919i.. di ko pa nakakalikot pero sa unang hawak swabeng swabe...  nahirapan ako sa pagpili ng kulay at nauwi ako sa kulay white.
