dimebag uses randall warheads before he switched to krank.

line6 are supposed to be high quality stuff.

if i'm going SS though, i'd definitely get a Fender Cyber Twin.

How about these PRS and GK amps? Not sure if PRS still  make them anymore. I think the guy from RUSH used to GK amps in the past, am I right?

I've heard the TECH 21 PSA-1 rackmount unit that they have. Pretty decent.

stateside guy here, hehehe   Sorry, haven't tried Rocktron amps yet. I did, however, tried their VOODOO VALVE. Great pre amp. Very flexible. Kinda like Marshall JMP-1 preamp + fx. The GAINIAC is also nice. Straight forward with alot of tube tone. Match with a good power amp is a great set up.

i have the PSA-1...had it for years now, its a mainstay in my recording rack for guitar and bass. i can vouch for the line 6 amps being very good. i love them, they are fun to play through, especially the heads.

al -- ano??? rocktron and rampage??? bakit hindi bogner?  dapat nagtatanong ka about bogner.  kasi cool ang bogner.  ala kang tone kung ala kang bogner.  dapat naka-boutique amp tayong lahat... kung hindi... kawawa naman tayo... sniff sniff... hindi tayo karapat-dapat mag-gitara...

sorry... couldn't resist...

i did try a 50w rampage amp at some point.  sounded okay and good value... although hindi naman ako mapili sa amp eh so i'm not sure my feedback really says anything...

Mr. Stratman, i would suggest the peavey transtube series.

Great tube sound for a solid state amp.

I do believe that of all solid state I've tried I kinda like the sound of the ROLAND JC-100. The only thing is that I'm not sure how it will take a distortion/od pedal? Haven't tried this one yet.
