Shutdown then restart........ if no go....
Shutdown, restart, press F8 (boot to safemode) -> scan for viruses... using any antivirus software (kung wala download ka muna ng AVG antivirus --- it's free)
pag wala or hindi na solve....
Shutdown, restart, press F8 (boot to safemode) -> use system restore....
Click start-All programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore.... (choose a restore point in which you think the system is in good condition pero hwagg masyadong malayong date preferrably before mo nakuha yung virus)
pag wala (dahil nabubura ito pag nag system clean up) or hindi na solve....
Un-install YM and download a new version, scan for viruses again and then re-install YM....
Check mo pre.... tell me which one works.....
