just had one of my relatives sa US get me one, luckily, during the time my aunt ordered, there was a promo, a free microphone! so check it out...musicians friend nga pala ko um-order...so right now im just waiting for someone to come here to manila to bring the soundcard...

kitc, thanks...will check out their rates...though i have an uncle who's goin home next month...so i wont have to spend extra on shipping...save up na lang to get more mics, or maybe a tube pre-amp..hehe

thanks guys! cguro ganun na din ulit gagawin ko. most of my gears came from my relatives from US. Gotta to wait nga lang kung kelan me uuwi. check out ko din yon Johnny cargo. salamat mga sirs

Instead of getting those inexpensive tube preamps, use whatever you save to get FMR Audio's RNP 8380 (http://www.fmraudio.com/RNP8380.htm). Trust me, you won't regret it. If you really insist on a tube pre, while the Studio Projects VTB-1 has been getting good user reviews, I'd rather go Groove Tubes Brick (http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Brick/).
