Hi there guitar and amp geeks,

I just got a Fender 1968 Custom Twin Reverb here in the US and will be sending it to Pinas real soon. The amp is 110v. Any suggestions for a replacement 220v transformer for this nice amp? Tried and tested brands for Fender amps i can order online before i head back home on December. Thanks in advance everyone. :)

Have it checked out first. If there is a 220/230/240 volt tap on the power transformer it would just be a matter of soldering/desoldering a few connections.

Fender 1968 Custom Twin Reverb (click here for the image)

look at the right side of the image where it says "Export Transformer Wiring Diagram"
it has 110V, 220V, 230V, 240V options.. just show this diagram to the tech person of your choice..

Thank you so much, greasykid and emil_murillo.  Much appreciated. As much as I've been collecting tube amps for a long time now, I am still ignorant of such important details, hahaha! Any ideas if Fender Blues Deville amps has the same Export transformer wiring diagram as well?

The "Export Transformer Wiring Diagram" is somewhat in the middle.. having 100V, 230V, 240V options..

If it doesn't have an export transformer tap, you can always get a 200-300w power transformer out of any hardware store here. Congrats on that 68! I have a 1969 transition model (SF, non master volume) and these items are underrated TBH. Just as good as any BF unit out there!
