i didn't have the chance to try one.. pero i always pass by RJ sa Festi, Alabang to check out some guitars.. the way i see them.. the frets look poor.. hardware seems not so sturdy.. they looked like soft chromed metal parts.. nut was shoddy.. medyo messy lang dating sakin.. also the ones with a bigsby-style trem.. for around 10-12k? my goodness.. i'll buy a different guitar..

no offense to RJ owners.. haven't tried it though so i can't give a statement on the sound..

we're both off topic now.
the thread was created 30+mins ago and was about to reach the bottom, walang nagrereply.. i thought i'd use the search button and threads came up so i posted.. i also just shared my insights.. it's not a matter of pabilisan magreply or what.. it's the content of every post..

not to bash Rj guitars. i don't like them. Prefer Fernando guitars.

well had an old rj frankenstrat bought round 13yrs ago....was my first guitar...
pretty decent,,,i got it for 2.5k brand new at rj,,,,my problem was the neck,,, intonation fret buzz at string height ,,,,had it set up and played decent metal,,,change pickups thou,,, back then twas ok for a noob like me...,,id go for a used ibby or squire IMHO,,,easier to set up and to resell if you get tired of it :-D
