Pambihirang sumpa yan. Sa Daanghari ako palagi inaabutan ng ulan. Oks lang kung drizzle para hindi ganon kabasa ang daan. Ang kaso, palaging buhos eh.

Pls note hindi pwedeng walang appearance sa mga kukuha pa lang. Anyone whis says ok lang no appearance is not legit. Yun exam room may camera recorded yun yung proof na kumuha ka talaga. Alanagan namang yun fixer yung mag exam para sa inyo

Ang legit fixer lang ng LTO based on my experience ay yung mga accredited driving schools. Kukuha ka pa rin ng written exam sa LTO pero yung actual/technical driving exam, sagot na ng driving school since tinuruan ka naman talaga nila. Plus sila ang pipila para sayo.

GOOD NEWS: DOTr-LTO set to refund collected RFID fees from 2009 RFID Project

The Department of Transportation-Land Transportation Office (DOTr-LTO) today announced that it is set to refund the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) fees collected from motor vehicle owners for the RFID Project in 2009.

In a Public Advisory, the agency said that starting August 15, 2019, motor vehicle registrants may claim their refund at the LTO District Office where it was collected.

According to Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante, “This is in compliance with the Supreme Court Decision, dated January 31, 2017, ordering the refund. It is only right that government gives back the full amount, as well as the interest, to the respective motor vehicle owners.”

The DOTr, LTO and Stradcom Corporation, LTO’s partner in the said RFID Project, held talks to iron out the details of the refund.

On July 18, 2019, LTO Chief Galvante signed Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2019-2170 which states the procedure its distribution.

In the Circular, the LTO will refund the full amount collected, which was Php350.00, to each claimant. The amount of Php9.00 will be added as interest earned at the average rate of 0.3262% per annum, reckoned from February 1, 2010 to June 17, 2019.

The master list of claimants is already with the corresponding LTO Regional and District Offices. The list will be posted in a conspicuous place within the office to serve as reference for claimants.

For claimants who paid at mobile sites or in Offices which have been closed, particularly Region 3-OSS Pampanga and Region 7 Cebu Extension Office, they may claim the refund at the respective Regional Offices.

According to data, there are about 85,657 claimants.

The claimant has to submit an accomplished RFID Fee Refund Form and a copy of one (1) valid government-issued ID. A corporation or juridical person has to submit an original and duly notarized Secretary’s Certificate for identification purposes.

I know it's business pero at the expense ng paghihirap nating lahat. imbes na economic growth ang nangyari kabaligtaran.
magkaroon ka lang ng 10k, 15k pwede na yun iba nga 0 downpayment pa may brand new car ka na lol

share ko lang real life experience ng tropa ko kumuha ng mirage g4 ngayong august lang couple of weeks ago, nagpirmahan ng byernes nailabas na nya ng Saturday. ang balak nya pang transpotify sana. unang labas lang nya ayaw na agad mahina daw kitaan
sabi ko ifulltime na nya kasi since paalis na din naman sya sa work - ayaw, kala nya yata kikita sya ng 10k isang araw na byahe lang boplaks.
ayun 1st payment pa lang nya sana sa sept kaso isinoli na nya agad sa bangko around 700kms pa lang ata naitatakbo. actually hindi pa nga daw na close yun loan sa bank minadali lang ng casa iprocess. sa ilang araw nya pagdrive around metro 2 beses na agad nabangga, ni hindi alam process ng car insurance ako pa nagtuturo ang ending pinagawa nya sa sarili nya sa labas. 16k lang daw down nya. sabi ko nalang swerte ng makakakuha ng kotse nya sa repo hehe

mismo. always been saying na to blame din yung unregulated issuance and approval of car loans eh.
problema, pag nag pataw naman sila ng regulation to limit car ownership to those na talagang may outright capacity eh, sasabihin naman ng mga tao eh ANTI-poor ang policy. (i.e. certificate of entitlement to drive)
