The staff are very friendly. I even got to test the new Kurzweil Artis, although not that long dahil I had to be somewhere. I leaned to take a glance and they asked me to give it a try. We laughed at the fact that it was way over my budget though.

I'm sorry to say this, but I went there early last year and was very disappointed. I was looking for SDC microphones and powered monitors, all of which were supposedly available in the website. No one seemed interested in attending to me when I asked for help. The guy who finally came to me was clueless about the stuff I wanted, and said they were either out of stock/special order, or they simply don't sell them. I tried to call a few days later, just to see if my visit was just a bad day in the office, and it was the same story. The person I talked to was clueless and aloof. I hate it when I'm treated with indifference.

I hope things have changed for the better since last year.
