Need the Name of a Filipina Country Singer!!

There was a country singer who had her song on the radio in the Philippines about 4 years ago... i think she was either from Cagayan or Ifugao?

she sang about the Filipino Cowboys of the Cordellieras, and Kalinga, and Apayao...

anyone know her name????
