Quick Question About Copying Cydia Apps to another iphone

quick question lang po

i just leaned how to jailbreak and im still kinda new at this iphone stuff

after jailbreaking and installing alot of apps, i decided to update and jailbreak my sister's iphone (medyo dinugo ako hindi ko alam na mauupdate din yung baseband kasama ng FW)

gusto ko sana mag install ng apps sa phone niya
" apps from my phone to her's "

is there a way to do this?
parang matatagalan ata kame kung i-reredownload ko lahat ng apps na dinownload ko na >.<

Kung cydia apps wala talaga. Sa PC ka mag download. Get an Iphone/Itouch Browser. May magic folder dun gagawa ka. AutoInstall. Mag download ka sa net using your PC ng Files ng Cydia kahit theme sa Winterboard pwede tas lipat mo lang sa Folder na yun. Once you reboot your device auto matically installed na yung apps/plugins or what not. No need for slow Wi-Fi

ok na, nag sync ako sa itunes ko then somehow yung files from my phone (cydia/installous) na copy sa itunes then na sync dun sa iphone ng sis ko
