(hindi ko alam kung saang thread ko ba dapat itanog ito?)..may client akong gumamit ng sample ng speech ni PGMA "i am sorry" galing sa youtube....
ok lang ba nagamitin un sa song album???

i don't think copyrighted ang speech ng mga presidents sa bahay nila (malacanang, white house etc). if i am wrong, i am sorry :-D

In theory, there usually is no copyright issue if used as a parody, but politicians usually have thin skins.

hindi kasali yan sa copyright infringement...pls read Sec.184 (c & d) of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
