peeves24, here are some drum wraps suppliers:

think twice before you remove the original wrap. i suggest wrapping films instead so that you'll only have to apply a thin layer over your original wrap and could be easilly removed should you wish to revert back to your original wrap or when you're about to sell the kit as an original. vintage drum restorers/enthusiasts i've talked with mentioned that removing the OEM wrapping depreciates the value of the kit. but i guess it all boils down to the end user's motive and preference. i love rewrappin myself!

^^^ thanks but i dont want to order abroad. i have a lead in divisoria but i have yet to check it out.

para naman dun sa mga nakatira malapit sa divisoria or dumadaan sa area, meron daw store dun called commoner commercial na tapat ng firestation. baka pwedeng makisuyo at pa check kung merong drumwrap-like material na available  :D  tapos post nyo na lang dito

I got it from the states thru www.drummaker.com.  When I got that kit, I like all the features except the color, wala naman ibang options sa audiophile kaya pinalitan ko na permanently.

ok yung tip mo sa divisoria!  I'll check that out pag nagawi ako doon.  Dami mong nadidiskubre na related sa customizing drums ah.  Gusto ko rin nga makahanap ng ibang options na material na pwede pang wrap kasi meron din ako ginawa na tom set (from the trio marching tom set).  Iniisip ko nga kung makakakuha tayo ng mylar sheet na makapal tapos pinturahan na lang yung isang side, ok na sakin yon!  Baka may alam ka na makukuhanan ng mylar/acetate sheet na halos kasing kapal ng regular covering material, post mo dito.  Thanks!

Yung nag inquire sa tunog ng Dark Crash... like the name says, DARK yung tunog... low tone.  Mahilig ako sa dark tones, that's why sa isang kit ko, nag El Sabor ako...

Drum Mutes ata... Groove Percussion yang nabili ko for the toms (it comes in sets) tapos yung sa Cymbals Zildjian Cymbal Mutes... it comes in sets din pero kulang so I added a Vic Firth mute para sa ride ko.

That pearl white finish absolutely works. Beautiful kit, may I commend you on your great taste :)

bam0120 yung snare size nya is 14 x 6.5 grabe ang lakas ng volume at attack/crack ng snare . Very clear and sensitive sya sa response lalo na sa mga ghost notes. Pero it's the shell ang kakaiba sa snare dahil composed of 20 ply. I can show you a picture of the shell if you like.
