bianxraquel, oo tama ka nga sa bagay na yan! dati kasi nung high school ako 5'' ako pero 60kg ang bigat ko kaya nagdiet ako ng todo at ayoko ng nasasabihang tumataba... mayron bang way para maovercome ko ang pagiging super conscious?

baligtad tayo. nung highschool ako payat ako nun. i'm 5'3 1/2 and had a 26 inch waistline. even went so far as join our school's ms. sportsfest. that was THEN. now i'm still the same height and about 70kg. and yeah, that's quite heavy. but i don't give a damn nowadays. used to be uber-conscious about my weight. but i stopped doing that when i realized that it's better to be liked for what you can deliver and who you are,rather than what their eyes can see. think about it. if you've got great personality, they'll stop thinking of you as this fat chic with no shape.

hmmmmm.... yuo have a point! tama ka! iyon talaga kasi ang kulang sa akin... kahit ganito na itsura ko conscious pa rin ako sa physical appearance ko! Siguro naman kung mahal talaga ako ng isang tao kaya niya akong tanggapin bilang ako! anyway thans for your advice! i really appreciate it!! thank you very much ma'am!!
