First of all, this sucks because you have to operate the on/off switch by hand! Ginawan ko ng remedyo by glueing a peice of rubber to the bottom of the foot pedal para maabot ang switch. It did the trick kasi at least foot operated na ang switch pero medyo nalimit na yung range ng wah.

Second, after about 2 weeks of use it started getting "scratchy" tapos grounded pa yata. You get what you pay for......

In all fairness to Daphon, may distortion ako nito na maayos naman lalo na pagmaganda ang amp.

My current wah is a Behringer HellBabe. Highly recommended!  :-D

it's not that bad kaso nga lang parang isang settings lang ang usable (para sa kin). tapos ang hina pa ng level. i sold mine 2.5K last year dito sa forum

i had this pedal before.i'd say that it's a good pedal in it's time(1990)when it came out.and it was also a bang for the buck pedal,@ php1,600  introductory price it's quite cheaper than boss back in the day. :-D

and you're right it doesn't sound like it's name either.you have to eq it to sound "metal". :oops:

I had the Boss Me-10, Zoom 505, Zoom 4040, arion distortion (di ko na alam model),  'denio'? distortion ata yon,galing ng pinas...Now, all of these are transistors and chip powered gadgets...and never was contented or should i say never found the sound i really wanted...Not that i hated them.

Now i only have one The zoom 9002 artist edition, it sounds okay to me and keeping it.
 
Though i would really like to try the ibanez tube screamer line -> 808, ts9 etc.. these are old models but somehow still are popular..They must be that good huh?.

2. 2nd hand 847... okay sa simula tapos it started failing... sucks tone, hirap i on, at hiss problems too

mod it to "true bypass"..you would definitely hear the difference...yun nga lang wala pa rin DC in...hehe 8-) 8-)

DOD FX56 American Metal

Steer clear of that box.  It was my first distortion pedal and I broke it about a month after I bought it.  The switching system was awfully pathetic.  The 9V battery housing wasn't the best either.

medyo di ko narin naggstuhan v847 ko. pero ayoko parin pakawalan kc gusto ko parin ng range, sweep nya and good for clean tlga. mod lang tlga ng true bypass tpos increase sa mid pede na cguro para skn.. tpos ung pagconsume ng batt ng v847 sobrang tagal. kaya cguro di na nila nilagyan ng dc.. batt ko nga sa v847 is 1 year na e.

Oh it's a VOX wah !

Well...I got the "vocal mod" which makes your wah sound more like a voice, then we can up or lower the treble depending on how high you want it when you sweep, and we can adjust the sweep action etc.
