Nakakagawa ako netong mahabaang fasting time lately kapag may errands ako sa labas. Aalis ako sa bahay ng morning nang walang kain. Pag pwede na kumain sana , around 3 or 4 pm kinakapos nako sa time. Ending, tsaka nako nakakakain paguwi ko sa bahay, around 7 or 8pm. Sasakto sa 24th hr fast time ko.
Mataas na tolerance ko sa gutom kaya kering keri. Kelangan lang inom palagi tubig, or else madedehydrate and sasakit ulo.
