I recently re-wired my RJ les paul to 50's wiring and some good PIO caps, and during that time I also eyed my santana SE with evil intent.

But I decided against changing its electronics, since I'm still ok with the stock wiring. Maybe if I get bored (I hope not!! ferchrissakes), I'll gut it out. The RS pots and jensen cap are always tempting...

Yeah, I"ve used RS pots before and they do improve the sound a bit. Although the improvement wasn't really that drastic IMO, it was still a sound that I would love to have. My problem with RS pots is that I don't like the feel of their taper. Reminds me of a reverse audio log pot and I want mine close to linear if possible. Will really think about it and advise you ASAP. Thanks.

well i call it reverby sound coz it sounds like a reverb set to 1.. and i really love it..

im pretty sure it aint overtones because i have learned to control and use it..

its not an all out reverb, its just like a really small amount of reverb which i do like

Whew! Sana eto na ung official PRS thread. Meron pla neto. Sana dito nlng napost ung PRS comments na thread At ung iba png threads re PRS. Nkakainggit kc ung mga LP thread, SG thread, Ibanez thread, Tele thread, Solid sila nde kalat kalat. Konte lng ba my PRS dto?

Suggestion lng nman to para sa ating may common interest. At least this could be a PRS users community.

yung PRS comments thread ay ang 3rd na PRS thread dito sa GC.. itong thread na pinopostan natin ngayon ang 2nd.. yung 1st na PRS thread ay medyo naging madumi yata.. so far, it's this thread and the PRS Comments thread ang mga pumapatungkol sa PRS.. pero yung sa PRS Comments kasi, humihingi yung TS ng experiences with PRS guitars, not necessarily parang PRS club or what.. Etong PRS thread talaga ang parang "PRS useres thread", as far as i know..

karamihan ng nandito ay SE ang PRS.. iilan lang yung may mga USA models..
