Hi, has anyone tried the tagima jazzmaster guitar? Nakita ko siya sa guitarpusher and Im really interested. Kaso di ako familiar sa brand and wala pa daw sila stock kaya di ko ma test.

i'm curious about that too. have not seen an actual guitar though and i don't know the specs.

These are decent bridges. Don't sound as good as an AVRI bridge, but are pretty stable. They're available on the Blacktop and Mexican Standard HH models. I've had a bunch of these. They still need the good ol' nailpolish solution but otherwise, they're good bridges.

ah, ok. i think i will just stick with staytrem or wilkinson roller bridges in case i want to change mine for some variety.

Yes, the Riverheads are good. I play in a band with the original owner of this specific guitar, and this one in particular is one of the lightest Jazzmasters I've played. As far as build quality goes, the Riverheads are way better than the Squier VM line. Electronics could be better, but luckily, with some work, you could get FMIC guards to work on them.

Ask ko lang kung same size yun blocktop body and cij jm body? also for the pickguard? hehe balak ko kasi gawing traditional JM yung blacktop ko eh (except for the control parts sa bandang horn)

I own a Tajima Jazzmaster TW-61. Overall masaya ako sa purchase ko, maganda quality and tunog. Ang di ko lang masyado gusto is mataba yung neck, saka madali mawala sa tune pag ginagamit yung tremolo.

CIJ routing is slightly different, so Japanese guards won't work on Mexican/US bodies. If you have a Blacktop, you can use an AVRI guard on it. My Blacktop was converted to more or less vintage spec rin.

Tanong lang Po mga sir kung san Ako makaka Skor ng parts. Buzz stop, mute, mastery bridge/graph tech.
And mini pots para sa rhythm section. Masyado kasing dark Ang tone ng neck pickup 50k ang nakasulat sa tone pot. And matalas naman masyado sa bridge. Balak ko magpalit ng 250k pot. Any suggestions Po?
