Hey boys. just got a china made dean vx from a swap. I like how it handles and all. I'm not just that satisfied with the lack of low end it provides. I guess nasanay na ako sa Studio Lord 400s ko; very warm sticky tone ( i think the pups were yamahas version of gibson pafs?)
What would be the best way to fix this?(on the guitar itself)
right now, I,ve got a US Gibson 496r neck pickup lying around- will this be enough?
a friend suggested i have the pups rewound. kaso dagdag gastos.
any suggestions/ recommendations?
