My observation regarding Proportions of Stick Sizes to Snare Diameters

I just found out na I'm having hard time getting the sound i want when I use my Omar Snare w/c is 13" Diameter with 5A sticks. Then tried a thinner 6A and whoa-la! The right sound i want.

So right now my stick size varies depending on the Snare i use.
14 incher will be 5A
13" will be 6A-7A-Jazz

mejo bro sandy.

nung dati sa 13 BP na walnut ko, pag 5b, mejo di ko gusto yung tunog.

pero pag 5a, sakto yung sound na hinahanap ko.
