Im not a fan of gym memberships..
I just run along the sidewalks and do stair climbing up my building and also pedestrian overpasses...integrate those things sa daily commute mo para di tamarin..
pinakamahirap talaga yung Labanan yung Laziness..the rest is easy actually... minsan need talag natin ng motivation... chicks magandang isipin..hahaha
you should not close your mind regarding gym memberships. once you get to a certain level of fitness, you would need more advanced workouts.
i dont know how big you are now bro, but doing things like walking and climbing stairs ... those are very easy, and is only recommended for total beginners for something like a month, to serve as a warm up. if you want to improve your fitness, you need advanced workouts and joining a good gym with a good instructor is key there as so you will know whether you are doing the right workout with the right form. youtube videos will never teach you the right form, especially if you are a beginner.
however, if your sole goal is to shed lbs ... nothing beats watching your food intake.
if you map out a % for it, stuff like stamina, endurance, speed and fitness is 90% exercise, 10% diet
for looks ... its sadly 90% diet and 10% exercise.
for overall health ... i still give the edge to diet as 75%, while exercise is only 25%
