sa firefox may plug in para mablock mga site. useful siya kung borwsing lang alam nung gagamit at firefox lang alam gamitin. pwede ding sa firewall na program mo mismo iblock. mag hanap ka nung may parental control na feature

yan din ginagamit ko. yun nga lang pang firefox siya. pag gumamit ng IE ma bubuksan pa rin yung mga sites hehe

if the plugins don't work and if you don't like to use Firewalls like Kerio and don't want to use third party Nanny software like the one from netdogsoft.com you can always try to block porn with Proxy Auto Configuration [PAC] files

this stuff is for free too!

One way of blocking sites can be done w/o any software

Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc and open the 'hosts' file with notepad

you can see the '127.0.0.1 localhost'

type: (under the 127.0.0.1 localhost')
127.0.0.1 <url>

and save

but... PAC files can do it by batch and all you need is edit the config file of the Privoxy tool i mentioned earlier

it also has pre-listed porn sites that are already blocked for you

Sa upper left ng internet explorer may "tools" click mo un tapos punta ka "internet options" pagdating mo dun may "security" tab. Punta ka dun tapos click mo ung "restricted sites".. Enter mo lang mga ayaw mo tapos click mo ung "apply"

if your using Windows Vista, u can use the "Parental control" features of that OS.

In Windows XP, i think better to use 3rd-party softwares.
