Mga dudes, can anybody post a mini-review of the G9.2TT? Me got a gfx-5 and I'm not sure if getting the G9 if malaki bang diff nila in terms of dirt sounds and modulation.

not a direct answer...pero pwede ng pagbasihan...i had GFX4...para sa akin limited ang mga selections...hindi ko makuha gusto kong tunog. at may log sa pagpapalit ng patch. di ko gusto yung acoustic. kasi kulang ang clean. Then i upgraded to G7.1ut....lahat ng gusto at hanap kong tunog nandun. very usefull ang boost at tube. sobrang ganda ng delay at tually pwedeng 2 delay at a time...at may tap delay pa. up to 5000....ZNR are also usefull...tanggal lahat ng ingay...

for me hindi digital ang tunog. unlike sa GFX4 ko...saksak palang ng gitara iba na tunog e. nawala yung natural sound ng guitar. pero sa G7 ko hindi.

lalo na kung G9.2tt??? ikaw na bahalang magisip kung gaano karami magagawa mo. amganda pa materials na ginamit...

based from my experience, its not good to cascade an analog od to boost the gain on a zoom multi fx. it seems that the gain patch in the zoom reacts differently when boosted by an analog od compared to an analog pedal boosted by an analog od. i tried it before, and instead of having boosted gain, the resulting gain was really not good.

I agree with this. Though try using the zoom with the amp's gain channel. Wag lang sobraan ng gain level on both. Start sa minimal tapos gradually adjust hanggang umabot sa desired level. It worked noon with my Marshall mg30dfx and gfx-5.

mga sir pasali po...707ll po ung gamit ko its 2 years old..easy to carry easy to use..astig gamitin..i also have 707 pero madalang ko na lang gamit..un sa 707ll naka edit na ko ng mga metal sounds like 6 feet under, sepultura, hatebreed, death angel, all out war...sarap kasing gumawa ng sounds...thanks

Hhhmmm... Tanong lang po ako ah... Ano po mas maganda, yung 606 o yung G1x... Meron napo kasi akong 606 pero nung nakita ko po yung G1x na features niya, na-interesado po ako dun sa Drum features niya... Pero nung natignan ko yung presyo sa JB Music, ang laki nang dipirensiya... Mas mahal pa yung 606 kaysa sa G1x... Tulong naman po oh...

mga sir, im not going to boost the built-in od ng zoom... i will turn the built-in comp/wah + od/dist patches "OFF" ng zoom, and make use of the analog OD instead...i think this will be another story...correct me if im wrong

I had a Zoom 707II for almost 2 years and I thought it was great for a player who's just starting to tinker with effects. Multi-effects are good enough for you to discover how you would want to sound, at least hear the basics and not really look for the best sound/tone. In fact, I only had around 4 patches then that I use for all songs/licks I play. Once you have decided then its time to pass the gadget to another player (friendly price of course) and start building the discrete effects.

Nice sound, but soon I started to hear the limitations of the 31.5kHz sampling rate and it just started to sound fake and obviously processed. Keep your Zooms until you outgrow 'em.

Pero kung gusto mo ng overdrive sound, cascade ka ng ibang pedal (Boss, Digitech, etc.) Sa experience ko kasi (though limited lang naman sa Zoom  ) hindi maganda ang tunog ng overdrive nya, mga metal patches siguro, ok lang ang tunog...

It ain't "that" bad naman. I was able to A/B a 505 and a DS-1 noon (2001) and all of us agreed that the only diff was the way the distortion clipped. Sound-wise, it's identical. 

My experience with multi's is that (I think) it all boils down to how you timpla you're settings. It's just a matter of knowing what sound you want and you knowing how to get it (EQ mixing). But that's just me.

Can't wait to get my hands on that new g9.2tt. Haaaay...

ang problem sa ZOOM, pag nakarinig ka ng true high-quality overdrive/distortion from a real marshall or mesa-boogie tube amp.......


.......dun na magsisimulang mabwiset ka sa mga distortion na built in sa zoom pedal mo.

+ never nagkaroon ng REISSUE ang mga multi-effects unit!

for example: ZOOM 8080 REISSUE? 




Let us not be too serious sa mga multi-effects especially pag pure digital........just a reminder

dami zoom products sa raon @ lower prices... hehehehe! pero JB na lang kayo para may assurance na high quality... pero nung bumili ako ng HM100 sa isang store sa raon, sabi nila dun din daw kumukuha yung JB... kaya tumataas presyo ng JB dahil sa transpo.. eh tumataas din kasi presyo ng gasolina eh... hahaha...

i like zoom 707II's stack amp dist.. kahit single coil strat kayang pabigatin.. hirap nga lang makakuha ng magandang clean tone coz it needs a lot of tweaking pero kaya naman.. don't know with the other zoom efx though..
