Boss SD1 or TS9? I play much of Hillsong stuff, Christian music.. but i'm on tight budget right now... ipon for ts9 or go for SD1?

IMO pwede na yung SD1. You can have it modded later to ts808.

Sir, 'di ko lang sure kung okay yung prices, pero sa PC Park Japan sa Farmers Mall sa Cubao, nakakakita ako ng Vox Pathfinder na 15 watts. 'Di pa ako naka-testing ng unit, pero maayos pa naman ang cosmetics. At dahil galing Japan, kakailanganin mo ipa-convert to 220V or gumamit ng transformer. Inquire na lang kayo dun sir, kasi yung mga gitara nila dun na branded parang taga e.

Roland cubes. Check them out at yupangco, perfect pitch or yamaha.
Stagg GA60R at the music source.

EDIT: BTW, have you tried asking their main branch where they have a pathfinder?

yup and sabi sa akin matagal na daw hindi nila nakakausap manager ng vox

maybe ill just get this one Stagg 20 GA R kasi budget ko is less than 6500
just for practice or home use lang

I think pasok 6k dun sa stagg.
Try the cubes, alternative choice ko sila dati before ako bumili ng pathfinder..

Okay 'to. Baka dun na rin ako sa Stagg pag bumili ako ng practice amp. Accomodating naman staff nila sa Ali Mall branch. Hanap ko lang naman maganda ang clean channel at okay tumanggap ng effects pedals.

Sirs, please advise (I originally asked these in a booster pedal thread, but they seem better suited here):

This: Boss OD-2R for boosting another dirt pedal
Or That: VS Comp 66 for boosting the OD-2R as main dirt

I currently have the OD-2R as my only dirt pedal, but would really like some British distortion sounds.
This: Joyo British Sound
Pros: Has voicing and 3 band EQ, very affordable, sounds good on youtube demos, available and testable at Lazer
Cons: not many written in-depth reviews here in PM or other sites, larger size, BS is not a good acronym
Question: If a dirt pedal like this has gain set to minimum, can I use it as a 3 band EQ?
Or That: MV Shredhead
Pros: Pinoy, lots of testimonials and good demos, variable voltage input, small size, we can call it SH for short
Cons: a little more expensive (used), I don't know anyone who owns one that I can personally test, much less A/B with the Joyo
Question: Which will provide a wider range of sounds, SH with its tone and presence control, or Joyo with its Voice and 3 Band EQ?

Bro, on the booster, I have both boss os-2 and vs comp66. Compressors will not give you dramatic boost, for sustain lang sya, that's what I use it for and for clean tones.
On your other qestion, I'd go for MV SH, tintatanong pa ba yun??? Hehe, joke lang sir! I haven't used the joyo so I can't comment on that pero I have the shredhead. Sarap pang solo, very smooth. And big sound for rhythm.

Oo nga, sir, nakita ko yung post niyo sa SH thread nung nakuha niyo na. Hehe. Sana may makapag-bigay ng feedback about the Joyo. Yung sa Joyo thread kasi, hindi masyado descriptive yung comments about the British sound. Pero parang I'll get another dirt pedal and use the OD-2R for boost based on what you said... or get an EQ. I heard they can be used for this purpose too.
