madaming mga les paul copies ngayon like rj, fernando, etc. which you can buy in jb music, rj guitar stores, and RAON. kung gusto mo mga epiphones and gibsons, your best bet will be on everymusic.com or PJC music. gibson les paul standards would cost you around 50-70k  :-)

One By Metallica
Barracuda By Heart
Knights Of Cydonia By Muse
Slither By Velvet Revolver
Rock You Like A Hurricane By Scorpions
Beat It(Remake) by Fall Out Boy
Welcome To The Jungle By Guns N Roses
Knockin' On Heaven's Door By Guns N Roses
Paradise City(Intro) By Guns N Roses

to all lester owners here:

have you guys tried topwrapping your strings on your LP's ala Duane Allman/Dickey Betts/Joe Bonamassa (to name a few)?

i have read extensively about the subject and was skeptical at first until I tried it. i topwrapped a set of 10's on my R8 and man does it make a world of difference (to me). It made the guitar more "musical" tonewise and the 10's felt like 9's. I'm a convert now and I'm never going back to stringing my lester the conventional way.

Topwrapping ROCKS!!!

I've read it's good for ease of bending strings, but bad for attack because of decreased angle going to the saddles.  Good for blues I guess.  Bad for hard rock/metal.  How do you find it?   :-)

i beg to disagree that topwrapping is bad for attack. i've tried it on high gain and it sounds great as well. i don't wan't to be over analytical about topwrapping. i suggest you try it and see for yourself. it's a reversible mod so if you don't like it you can always revert back to stringing your LP the conventional way. :-)

i've tried topwrapping before on my LP.. i didn't like it, it made the stings slinkier or flabby, it lost the bite that im used to.. well as they say, no 2 guitars are alike :-) good for you that you liked it, makes you enjoy your guitar more
