Explain ko lang ng kaunti yung gawa kong design (sorry medyo crude
). Nagsimula itong guitar body design na ito nuong una kong nakita yung
Dean Cadillac.
Gusto ko sana yung guitar pero I had a few small issues with it:
1. Masyadong narrow yung "waist" ng guitar body
2. Medyo hindi ko trip yung shape niya mula top to bottom--hindi even yung width
3. Hindi na ako sanay sa gitarang masyadong "mabait" yung itsura, and the blunt-looking corners of the guitar make it look a little like what I was
describing
4. THE HEADSTOCK IS UNWIELDY
5. Di ko gaanong trip ang Les Paul scale length, and I'd like 24 frets on the guitar.
So I made this sketch to "correct" the little things that I didn't like on the Cadillac, and came up with a more modern rendition of it.
Makikita po sa sketch na mas aggressive yung points nung guitar, mas pahaba ng kaunti yung pinaka-"belly," mas uniform yung width ng design from
the neck area to the bottom, at mas malaki yung "waistline." Medyo subtle yung gawa ko sa headstock para simple pero functional at low-pro.
Since I couldn't draw the more elaborate components of the guitar, ililista ko na lang yung mga plano kong parts:
1. It can be either a strat-style fixed bridge or Gotoh Floyd trem design
2. It can be a dual humbucker, triple single coil, or HSS design
3. It will have a five way blade switch and a volume and optional tone control
4. It will be built with a 24 fret neck (any fretboard wood), with stainless steel super jumbo 6100 frets, preferably without binding
5. It will be a bolt on with the Prestige Wizard neck profile plus the volute (and top mount nut if locking trem) (neckthrough would be cool too)
6. It will have a basswood body (if not, it's the builder's choice of tonewood)
