okay do apply deodorants of any kind, lotion, liquid, powder regularly and also watch your food intake.

pagkatapos mo maligo. magapply ka ng old spice high endurance sa kili kili mo. or safeguard or tawas. basta deodorant sir.

if possible, try to change your shirt every time you perspire heavily. para di dumikit yung amoy sayo :)

Maligo everyday, find a deodorant na "hiyang" ka, make sure you wash your clothes properly.

Cycle your deodorant/antiperspirant. If you find something that works for you, sometimes nangyayari yung after a few months/weeks e parang di na sya effective. Nangyayari sa kin to. Gawin mo, try some other brand. Then after a few weeks, balik ulit sa dating brand. Pag minsan na-iimmune din daw mga sweat glands e. Nung una di ako naniwala, pero nung ginawa ko, totoo nga, mas effective kung i-cycle yung deo. Ako nga halos everyday I use a different brand. 2-3 days straight na yung maximum na di ako magpapalit ng brand. And this practice really works for me.

Bili ka Betadine na color BLUE ung bote available yan sa mercury drug or watsons :) use it everyday until mawala. Effective rin tong Betadine sa Foot odor. And use high endurance or Rexona or Safeguard tagal matanggal ng powers nyang brands na yan :)
