also check out atlas guitars (www.guitarandpickup.com) ....lots of prs copies from thailand..i wonder why our country cant produce good quality guitars/copies?? buti pa thailand...humahabol..hehe  :twisted:

lack of support from the government. dapat kasi yan ang industry na sinusuportahan e, imbes na yang pagsusugal na yan. grrrr.

seriously, most of the small local luthiers stay small because they can't make products that local artists are willing to endorse. I'd bet if more local acoustic groups started using Lumanog guitars instead of Taylors and Ovations, the market would change for the better. Colonial programming kasi. Pero kaya naman natin e. naunahan nga natin ang Parker sa paggawa ng Fly-shaped guitar na walang composite shell (pasyal ka lang ng Sta. Mesa, andami na). All we need is a little polishing up sa manufacturing and a lot of endorsements.

thorns are nice...

pero mas okay yung cheesepuffs!

mura na and $2K for a used thorn.  ang bago ata eh nase $3K and above.  yikes.
