its kind a learning outline
mga master pa gawa naman po for us newbies.

1. rudiments
2. more rudiments? haha
seriously though, di ko alam. wala ako formal training e. kaso i'd guess you'd begin with rudiments nga, tas note reading, tas more rudiments, tas mga limb independence ekek, tas even more rudiments...
kaso ang isa sa mga pinakakailangan na di maituturo formally ay ang pakikinig. kailangang laging pakinggan ang mga kasama tumugtog. maraming drummer na di marunong nito e.

yeah bro. thanks,

For me i won't make this much detailed.. How i learned it..
1.)I Studied how i will position my hands..
- You"ll need this to find out kung comfortable ka sa pag drums etc..
2.)Get A Metronome, Drum stick and a pillow..
- Done this without the use of metronome but you"ll need those thing to balance the speed.. Pillows will not give you rebound unlike the snare where you can get rebounds..
2.a) Get and study the rudiments
- As much as possible try to learn the LRLR RLRL or also known as the singles.. Then go to double strokes to paradiddle and to paradiddle diddle..
2.b) Try it on a kit
- You got the rudiments down try this now on a kit and explore.. You can use paradiddle around the kit.. or doubles, singles..
3.) Listen to your mp3'sssssss
- Get your favorite songs.. and master it until its nearly perfect..
3.a) So far you know it by ear but lets see if its right..
- Search drum covers at youtube. You will see how will they do your song (if available) and try to compare and try it on your style then add your style..
3.b) Get your head and hand and feet to the test by IMPROVISING..
- So far you will apply what you learned in the rudiments section.. You will put those to the test.. Add and add fills which can give a perfect tune.. But dont forget that you based it on the original song so keep the tempo and timing..
4.) You can switch this with 3 first or just do this after ( done this after)
I learned stick tricks, Heel-toe or sliding method on drum pedal
- This can be used on your improvising to show your showmanship but be accurate
Recall and summarize:
