last night (around 7:30pm)tinawagan ko ang audiophile festival mall to inquire sana ng crown LPS series. sad to say medyo hindi pala maganda kausap mga tao doon hehehehe, tipong ayaw ako kausapin kesyo busy daw sya marami daw sya ginagawa.. inquire ko lang sana kung magkano ang actual price ng LPS 2500 since nabasa ko naman ang price dito sa forum gusto ko lang naman ie confirm sa kanila.
to audiophile festival mall pasensya na po sa pag inquire sa inyo at nagambala ko ang mga mga ginagawa nyo. since bibili sana ako ng 4pcs LPS2500 for my sound system i change my mind na muna pag tyagaan ko na lang muna tong lumang qsc ko.

hindi ko na natanong kung ano ang name nya kasi binabaan na ako ng phone ayaw ata sa akin, malamang hindi ako type kausap since nag inquire lang naman ako hehehehe. anyway ganito ang totoong nangyari:

ayon nabigla ako, ganito talaga sila? hahahaha anyway di naman ako nagalit baka nga busy nga sya kung ano man pinagagawa nya.

anyway last na binili ko sa audiophile is dbx crossover sa mall of asia naman yon they are really nice madaling kausap and well trained.

ako ayaw ko na talaga tumawag at kung mapadpad man ako sa lugar na yon hindi na rin ako papasok baka atakihin ako sa puso. hindi rin kawalan sa kanila siguro na mawalan ng customer baka sabihin nila matatag naman kompanya nila kaya ganun sila mag sasagot sa phone, malay nila yung nag inquire sa kanila bibili ng sankatutak na amplifier harharhar.PEACE..ipagpaubaya nalang natin kay bro ang mga yan.

mga sir pa share lang po ahh..for me i think ok naman kausap mga tao sa audiophile kase ako mdlas nagpupunta dun kahit inquire inquire lang tingin tingin..baka nagkataon lang talaga siguro nga na maraming ginagawa.. i've bought 3 paiste cymbals narin sakanila and since nun sila2 parin yung mga tao na pinagbilhan ko so hindi ko rin sure ah.baka magaan loob sakin..diko lang din sure hehe. :-)

Ayos din audiophile sa Rob pioneer. Dennis yung name nung nag-accomodate sa akin. I bought 2 samson wireless lapels and 2 videocam lapels sa kanila. nagkamali pa nga sila ng bigay sa akin kasi yung isang pair na hindi pang-cam pareho ng channel (toinks) tapos yung isang pang-cam di rin gumana. Pero isang tawag lang replaced na agad. walang hassle at napaka-accomodating.

Sir try mo Audiophile Robinsons Pioneer sa Boni wala kang problema dun kabibili ko lang yung LPS2500 sa kanila via LBC shipment pa good working condition naman na dumating sa akin at discounted pa (about PhP18000 including shipment). Biro mo di pa ako napagod with minimal expenses considering that i am from ilocos.

same exprience here! i never thought it will happen to me also. tumawag ako noong election day, May 10. sarado kasi sa isang audiophile store sa may ortigas. sabi sa akin ng lalaking nakasagot. "sir?" tapos sabay baba ng phone. :-o
sinisigurado ko lang naman kung bukas para iwas pagod punta pa doon. pauwi kasi to tagaytay, ok sana ang festival mall.
sana malaman ng management. sobra na to! :-D :-D :-D
kaya sa makati na lang ako bumili, sayang malaki din yong amount ng binili ko.

nakaka down. galit din ako. sayang. elementary pa ako nong tinuruan kami na treat your customers well, ang nangyari threat yong customers well! :-D sabi pa nga ng teacher eh, "customers are always right".
siguro may mga bad experience din sila before sa kanilang customers.

Mabait si Sir Richmond. Natatandaan ko na pinatest nya sakin yun Korg AX1500g noong bagong labas pa lang yun kahit hindi ko pa bibilhin. Sa sobrang tuwa ko sa multi at sa pag-accommodate nya sakin, binalikan ko the following day para bilhin yun multi. 2nd encounter ko with him was when I inquired about an Ibanez guitar. I was looking for an S320 kaso wala talagang stock so he suggested na subukan ko yun mga RG. and he explained to me very well kung ano specs ng isang RG model. He even offered me na i-test ko para malaman ko kung suitable para sakin ang RG. Nahiya lang ako magtest kasi baka madungisan ko yun mga gitara. :-D After doing some more research about Ibanez RGs, bumalik ako doon para bumili ng first ibby ko.
Basta kung pupunta kayo dun, try looking for sir Richmond. Yun iba kasi mukhang rude sa nagtatanong or nag-iinquire pa lang.

heheh ako nmn sinadya kong magBASURA look nung binili ko ung axe and gears ko doon.. so talagang di ako pinpansin akala di ako bibili.. hahaha pero alam ko na mga bibilhin ko nun kunwari nlang na namimili lang ako,... then ngulat sila nung isa isa kong sinabi na... ito mgkano to kunin ko to ito pa at ito pa at ito pa.. hahahahah di ko malilimutan mga facial expresions nung 2 eh di mgkanda ugaga hahahah tapos nagtanong na sila kung card or cash nung sinabi kong cash ayun lalong nagbaitan medyo malaki din nkuha kong discount nun,, :)

they have good stuff sana pero parang di ko gaano feel yung staff... last item i bought from them was a samson sr850 headphones few months ago.. tapos few weeks ago i went to hifi lounge to ask for a pre-amp.. di ako bumili but they were very accommodating naman. providing me options and prices...

every week ako pumapaok dun simula nung nagkaron ng store dun, pero ni minsan hindi pa ako bumili.
kpag nga pumapasok ako dun, pglabas ko ang feeling kong tawag nila sken ay "boy inquire"

buti n lng ngkaron ng salamin dun sa tapat ng cdr king area, pwede na akong sumilip.
lagi ko sinisilip dun ay yung QSC k12, hinahanap ko kse yung K10, at yung korg M3 - 73.
yung M50-73 dun nakareserve na ke jhun pero hanggang ngayon andun pa!

agree ako sir, mahirap ang work nila, maraming puro tanong lang, kagaya ko, pero pag bumili naman at nasiyahan sa product, babalik-balikan ka, so it's worth all their patience. they should think of it as an investment at the worst, better yet consider it courtesy. info gets around by word of mouth also, kung di man ako bumili puwede ako magrecommend, and some people have made purchases based on my humble recommendation. but to make sure, ask around muna ako, canvas online and in store, compare specs and price, etc. di po lagi malaki ang budget namin for stuff that's why i'm a hard sell. mahal ang quality stuff so i believe commensurate din doon ang info and service. so please shower as with info patiently and with respect. not all of us just ask, some of us do, and will, buy. shalom

I Am a TS of this thread, as of now i have a 4 units of brand new LPS2500 na nabili ko sa audiophile pero hindi sa festival mall. my first instinct is to buy that stuff at festival which is very near at my place so i decided to give a call at there store, i was very unlucky at that time suplado naka sagot sa akin at wala sa mood so na miss nila ang apat na lps2500 its around 60k of sales sana for them. anyway tayo ay mamimili at sila ay nagbebenta, ang tanong sino ba ang mawawalan? tayo or sila?

" ang sabi ba nmn " ANU BA TLGA?!" napakabastos . ugali ba un ng magandang sales officer? kung bastos na bata lang ako. tatawagan ko manager nun at isusumbong un eh. BASTOS.

^^wag naman bro. baka pasara nila, AP festi na ang pinakamalapit na branch nila from laguna. report nalang para palitan yung staff na yun.. naalala ko tuloy nung bumili ako ng axe and gears dun napakabait, kasi madami ako binili. after 2 weeks or so, patch cable lang ang bibilhin ko ang sungit na.!! ang ginawa ko kunwari tatanungin ko tungkol sa warranty. pinakita ko yung receipt ko sa kanya at calling card nya kung tama ba yung mobile number na sinulat nya sa likod.. ayun bumait ang loko..

One, I treat the people there with respect and I get reciprocated. I can only think of a few things gone wrong as customers that you got a bad treatment.
Number one, you have to remember you are dealing with people. Treat them with respect and they will treat you too with respect.
Number two, if you pester them with a lot of fickle mindedness like asking what does this box do and that, you are likely to get lambasted. Do your homework and find out what you really want. Don't go to the grocery asking the saleslady how does the tomato paste taste differently with another in the stack.
Number three, if you have issues, go to proper forum. If you have not brought it to their attention through a letter then you are just barking at the wrong tree. Barking here is just forum shopping.
Number four, if there is truth that many are dissatisfied then why the shop is still there and why I still get my gear there :-D
If you do not want a bad treatment, be nice to them guys.

pano mo bibigyan ng respect eh bago palang magsisimula ang conversation nyo wala ng respect sayo?? after my experience with them, for me nirerespect ka nila pag alam nilang marami kang pera.. please do a back reading of my experience with them.. oo malaki ang binigay nilang discount sa akin that time na bumili ako ng gears and after that a simple accessorry lang bibilhin ko tinarayan ako pati asawa ko nawalan na ng ganang pumasok dun. pero no choice na sya pag inuutusan ko kasi dun lang talaga ako makaka kuha ng specific item na bibilhin ko.. I dont want AP festi to be closed down.. paltan na lang ng mas customer friendly na staffs.

Good option but if you happen to have issues with let's say Ibanez guitar you got from Tom Lee, be prepared as well to turn it over to them at your own expense and to avoid your frustration, do not deal with AP for support or any other product related queries. If you find them not stocking the guitar you wanted, then complain them to Ibanez :mrgreen:.

to audiophile festival mall pasensya na po sa pag inquire sa inyo at nagambala ko ang mga mga ginagawa nyo. since bibili sana ako ng 4pcs LPS2500 for my sound system i change my mind na muna pag tyagaan ko na lang muna tong lumang qsc ko.
wow mag 1 year na pala itong thread na ito.... di pa rin ba na action ito?

Same thing with ordering from US; shipping, import duties and taxes add up to the overall cost often equaling the price for the same item bought locally, then there is the warranty to worry about since US warranties are rarely honored here. And if you do manage to avoid the cost of importing, guess who pays for return shipping to the US if you encounter problems with your purchase?

Im not talking about the charges sa CC users. Im talking about the charges imposed by CC companies on business establishments for using their CC system (hindi libre yun mga machine na ginagamit nila). Kung magbabayad ka via Card (kahit debit card) Ang actual na matatanggap na pera ng tindahan ay 5% less than the SRP dahil binawasan na ng bangko yun. Kung "Cold cash" naman, wala nang bawas na 5%, so some stores offer 5% off kung pera ang ibabayad mo.
Hindi lang Audiophile ang gumagawa nito, TMS can offer as much as 10% off kung cash ang bayad. Pero pag Card, wala.

napadaan ako sa audiophile festival mall kahapon and nakita ko yung vox class A acoustic cable. decided na ko to buy it pero sabi ko puede pakitest muna so kuha sila ng gitara saka sinaksak sa keyboard amp. hindi tumunog. palit gitara strum yung isa habang nakaharang sa amp yung isa inaadjust ang controls. nung tumunog sabay tayo niligpit at pumunta sa cashier para bayaran ko.
duh buti na lang malamig ulo ko nun di ko trip makipag away. gusto ko madinig kung totoo ang nakasulat sa packaging kaya ko pinatest. pano ko madidinig ang tunog kung nakaharang sya sa amp. and sobrang bilis ng testing tatlong strum lang yata yun. to think nakatambay lang sya at nakikipag tsismisan sa cashier nung lumapit ako. naistorbo ko yata kaya nagmamadali. mas matagal pa paghihintay ko na maopen nila yung packaging!
anyway binayaran ko pa rin buti na lang ang ganda ng tunog pagdating ko sa bahay. better than all my previous cables according to my ears.
on a side note affordable pala yung mga vox ac4tv series na tube amps. mukhang eto gusto ko pag nagbalik electric ako. pero di na ko sa festival mall magtetesting. buti pa music source sa festival mall ok lang sa kanila tinesting ko yung 2 x b3 speakers nila.

on the same day dumaan ako sa music source festival mall ang pumayag sila i test yung dalawang b3 nila. audiostudio megamall mababait din nagpapatest. jbmusic megall not okay pero jb park square nagpapatest din

may AP pa pala sa festival? kala ko nagsara na yan.. di na kasi ako nagawi sa lugar na yan although malapit lang sa lugar ko ang place na yan, sa market-market na ako napunta pag may bibilhin ako. Badtrip mga tao dyan sa AP festi.
