di ko alam pano to eexplain. pero sana you guys can help me out.
gusto ko tlga malaman yung title ng song.

-.parang upbeat bossa yung beat niya...
-.jazz guitar yung lead instrument
-.pineplay pa rin siya sa radio stations ngayon... (Crossover, i think)
-.my Dad says it's by Earl Klugh pero di ko mahanap eh :(
-.it has a chorus you can sing along to (shake her, shake her, pah pah shake her, shake her)

kung makakatulong ang isang Guitar Pro file or Finale file gagawa ako :)) at email ko sa inyo. :)

and it's by Spyro Gyra pala. :D salamat mga sir. alam kong madali ko yun mahahanap dito :)

Nakakaligaw lang yung sinabi mong, guitar ang lead intrument - the Spyro version features a saxophone.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy listening to it

unless it's a totally different song - It Doesn't Matter - a Spyro Gyra tune that has a guitar as lead instrument.
