Sorry Mod, I'm not sure where's the proper forum for this topic. anyways
My products are Pro Audio equipment.
I need at least 45 Sq. meters.

doesn't need to be highly commercial, but preferably the neighborhood should be tolerant of loud music for demos sometimes.
convenient for clients parking
within Metro Manila but I prefer Manila.
budget is 10k only.
