can i use m-audio delta 1010 and profire 2626 sabay?
im using prtools m-powerd

I think PT will only allow you to use one interface at a time, but I could be wrong with these M-powered stuff.

ahh.limited lang kasi inputs ko ..i got 8 inputs ..i need another 8 :)

I don't think PT will readily accept signals from 2 disparate pieces of gear esp. if one is pci and the other is firewire. I've read that some have been able to make two 1010's work, but you still get a max of 18 channels in 44.1/48 khz. I think the better bet would be to use the 2626 exclusively and add something like the Behringer ADA8000 (or better) to the Profire's ADAT I/O for more inputs.

that would be super help!
thanks sir kitc

Another option will be to use (2) units of Profire 2626; one as the main Pro Tools Interface while the other one as an analog to ADAT converter. This can also be achieved by using a Profire 2626 and an Octane. Whatever you decide to use, you will be limited to only up to 18 simultaneous I/O. This is not a limitation of your interfaces but rather a limitation on the 1394 bus that you are using.
Cheers!
