wala na ako masabi talaga sa PLDT.. grabe. ang dami kong reports sa kanila about my DSL connection sa bahay ang dami ko na ring rebates given because of proven PLDT faults. then i asked for a downgrade ng dsl plan ko since i'm getting trash internet connection i should be paying trash money too. plan 1995 kc ako pero i'm getting 200-300 kbps lang. so i should just be paying 999 right ? and sabi sakin nung CSR nila kailangan ko daw magbayad ng Five THousand Pesos!!! for a downgrade fee!!! pero may consideration naman daw kung kailangan hingan ng 5k for a downgrade.. "pero pag upgrade daw Walang FEE"... so yun na nga 3 weeks ago i asked for a downgrade dahil baka naman daw qualified ako w/ out the 5k fee then i called again today kc nagtataka ako bakit 1995 pa rin yung dumating sa bill ko then sabi kailangan ko daw talaga magbayad ng 5k talaga..
Nakakainis !!! You get poor services and alot of promises then they failed and they'l asked you for 5k ? sino mang nakakakilala sa may pakana niyan sa loob ng PLDT.. please tell him... ma konsensya naman siya !!!

another thing ang sabi nila eh 12 months lang daw ang lockdown period nila pero 13th month ko na ngayon ? mga impakto talaga !

kainis nga yun.. my internet connection is smartbro php999 din.
the connection is good naman,if it gets down eh hindi naman
matagal.
i think you better write or file a complaint to the management,
they will (supposedly) still prioritized you kasi you're a subscriber
of their service/s. if i were on your shoe right now? naku!
baka natorete na yang mga nakakausap ko from the said telecom,
wala talaga ako palalagpasin,from the customer care rep to
technical agent/department to supervisor up to the manager.
hanggang sa magsawa sila sakin hehe,i'll demand for my rights
as a subscriber. i pay for their service,at kaya sila sumusweldo
dahil sa binabayad natin dba? pero i talk to them in a nice way,
civilized kung baga (wag lang nila ko galitin,dahil paulit ulit ang
explanations and instructions na binibigay nila eh wala din naman hehe)
i speak to each of them patiently-sophisticated (inglesera ako
pag galit eh hehe) hanggang sa maging okay. ngayon pag
wala pa rin,eh iba na tone ng voice ko nagiging sarcastically-sophisticated
na hehe. para alam nila na galit ako and they have to take my
concern seriously. yun lang friend :) know your rights as their subscriber.

hmmm... how can i contact the supervisors or the managers ? the nearest i got is yung mga forntline officers nila dun sa PLDT offices eh pero wala ring nangyari bingyan lang ako ngrebates... kung di pa ako pupunta dun eh di pa ako mabibigyan ng rebates

muntik na kaming mag PLDT...pero we had second thoughts because of the feedback we were getting from friends ...kaya ngayon we stick with destiny cable...its quite primitive but the connection is adequately fast.... unless bumagyo...minsan nawawalan ng connection :(

ayon sa network admin dito sa office, grabe daw ang slowdown ng PLDT pag maulan. di tuloy ako mkapagtorrent! :evil:

bro. plan 1995 din ako pero wala akong problema sa PLDT hindi kaya sa modem or sa line na mismo? m using yung maliit na modem nila hmm forgot the name pero sa box maraming nakasulat ng PLDT.. and m getting hmmm an average of 70KBps sa torrents and peaks at 148KBps kala ko nagloloko na naman PLDT kaso for 3 weeks na ganito eheh..

all one needs to do is google about PLDT dsl at marami kang makikitang blog lamenting their inefficiency. others are shifting to globe although di ko alam ko ok din yon.

swertihan lang yan pre minsan din nagkakaganyan ako pagkatapos ko magreport tataas bandwidth ko pero after 2-3 days back to normal na naman ako... sinubukan ko na palitan mga cables ko wala pa rin... 3 ang computer ko dito sa bahay lahat parepareho so wala na talaga sakin ang problema.
2 out 10 na kakilala ko naka PLDT sinasabi ok nga daw PLDT wala silang problema. di na nila kailangan ng downgrade or to talk w/ customer service..
Imagine mo ikaw? kailangan mo ng customer service ? kasama yun sa binabayaran mo and very poor sila dun.. mag rereposrt ka sasagot sayo mga mangmang na nag O OJT o ewan tapos ikaw pa pagmumukhaing [chewbacca] na "Sir pakipatay po modem at PC, Then Pakirestart po yung modem muna ang buksan niyo tapos yung PC" Same old Sh@t iisa sasabihbin after nun pag di gumana "SIr ano po PL number niyo irereport po natin sa technical, patatawagan ko na lang po kayo" then tatawag na yung technical after 2-5 days. dapat ang tawag dun sa mga sumasagot sa customer service rep eh hindi CSR eh dapat na tawag dun eh mga PL number and complaint taker!
about the downgrade fee.. yun ang nakakapikon ng husto.. bakit kailangan ng 5k na downgrade fee pero pag mag a upgrade ka walang fee ? obvious naman diba na raket ? business ? hindi nila mahal mga customers nila ginugulangan pa!

hehe hassle yang PLDT myDSL na yan.. dito sa office, laging nagdodown pag peak hours pa! intermittent pa lagi yung disconnections and inconsistent yung throughput. sa bahay naman ayos na, pero nung 2004 at last year hay naku, laging sira! nagkaroon nga ng time na 3 weeks straight walang connection then pagdating ng monthly bill, aba eh whole month ang sinisingil! ayun nagreklamo kami.. buti nagka-rebate pero hindi pa rin proportional yung rebate sa downtime.

For those who wish to file formal complaints to PLDT, you can look up the
name and contact numbers of the Business Manager of the Business Zone office
covering your location (where the concerned phone is connected) in the
telephone directory.
Otherwise, you can send your letter straight to the President and CEO, Mr
Napoleon Nazareno.
Just try to make your letter brief but concise. If other basic pertinent
information is voluminous, attached an annex (chronology of events - history
of the problem).

Naku bugoy eto pa ang bagong pang-inis. Iro-roll out na ang upgrades sa mga bago at lumang subscription. 512kbps na ang Plan 999.

Lam mo yung 899 na Bayantel plan ko...it came with a one-year free wi-fi subscription sa Airborne Access ( Seattle's Best, Starbucks etc ).

try searching PLDT DSL sa google ehehehe mas masarming result na forums about PLDT hate threads hahahaha hindi ko nga makita yung site mismo ng PLDT sa google search result

Teka, ginagamit niyo ba yung @pldtdsl.net email accounts niyo? Yung sa akin hindi ko pa rin naayos. More than a year na ata itong subscription namin.

libre ba yan ? alam ko may bayad yan ah ? akala ko rin nung una libre eh.. nakasulat 1 free email account right ? pero nung tinanong ko ibig sabihin pala nun eh "ELIGIBLE" ka daw mag avail ng 1 e-mail account... hahahaha misleading talaga.. ewan ko kung [chewbacca] lang yung nakausap ko sa 171 at 172 375 o mali yung pagkakarinig ko hehehehe

pasingit lng po...... that's the problem with the dsl(kahit anong company) installing dsl,, you should always consider your location,, khit sbhin ntin nsa city k p,,, the distance between the service provider and your computer isreally a factor,,, the farther your location lalong bbgal un speed....kapg nman broadband, weather affects greatly, kc microwave yung connection nla, ndi mo pede galawin un antenna mo kc lalong mwwla un signal mo,,kc point to point un connection nun(like a beam) unlike un tv antenna hindi basta ilagay mo lng s taas ng bahay mkksagap n ng siganl db....that's it pancit..

plan 1995 tapos 200-300 kbps lng..kaka-bwisit nga yun..tapos ang mahal pa ng bayad pag mag-downgrade..ngaun lang ako nakarinig ng magbabayad ka ng ganyan kalaki para mag-downgrade.. :?
well, kilala naman PLDT sa very poor customer service eh..
-reklamo ko lng dun sa ngayon eh yung advertised speed nila eh piling place lang ang ina-upgrade...

Malas lang talaga siguro yung iba. Kami Plan 999 lang pero eto lumalabas sa speed test. Kahit medyo di accurate, satisfied pa rin naman ako.
