WOW!fernando's getting better and better ha.sana 5 years from now hindi na "fernando = cheap ass drum kits for filipinos".Filipino brand ang fernando dba?Filipino pride! :-D
-
AYY REALLY?!hahahaha!okay okay :-D
-
WOW.
I never thought it would be that high. Construction and aesthetics of the drum looks good. If you see the drums upclose, the 85k price tag is justifiable. Besides, there are only 2 of these kits that were brought in. (1 will be mine!) The hardware has also improved and looks very durable. The hardware from my Fernando kit i got 5 years ago still works well.
FYI, The drums are sourced from China, from the same factory that also makes drums for a famous US brand.
Fernando is a Filipino brand. Not Korean.
We should all be proud that there is a Filipino brand that can now compare with foreign brands.

Oo nga, napahiya ata sa comment niya. :-D
Up for Sir Dindin! Yesyesshow!!! :-D
Sir Dindin, may detailed specs ba kayo nung kit(e.g. tom/drum sizes, drumheads, # of plies of wood, HW)? Pa-post naman din.. :-)
-
I agree sana may pirma dapat ni Sir Dindin :)
-
ganda congrats. kaso parang nasobrahan sa tube lugs. hehe
-
:-)
MAPLE DOESNT COME CHEAP...
DKO LANG SURE KUNG YUNG MANUFACTURER NG DDRUMS SA CHINA GUMAWA NITO...
O TAMA? HEHEHE.. STAR CLASSIC TYPE..
PERO PANALO.. ITS STILL CHEAP FOR 80K...
LAHAT NG MAPLE WOOD DRUMSET PUMAPALO NG 100K+
IF I ONLY HAVE THE MONEY... tsk.tsk tsk.. sarap pang recording..
-
For what i know eto specs nya.
2x18 Kick
10x8, 12x9 toms
16x16 ft
14x6.5 10 lugged Snare
Heads are Remo UT heads (taiwan)
Finish is White with Abalone Stripe inlays.
Tama ba Din?
-
:-D
Astig! =D
-
jaw dropping.
:-o
-
Ganda! Definitely worth it. Wala sa brand pero nasa quality :-D
Off topic: AFAIK Fernando is a Filipino brand pero all they do is re-label stuff coming in from Korea and China.
Much like Boston and most RJ guitars. Rebranding lang talaga ang difference, sad to say.
-
Orgasmic! :-o

really?!is that even legal?sayang naman kasi parang hindi pa rin pinoy gumawa kung relabeled lang. :-(
-
proudly re-labeled pinoy? ganun? :-(
I hope may Vic Mercado Kit din!
-
wow .. ganda .. kintab! :-D
-
i agree na they just rebrand their items.

GOD MADE THE WHOLE WORLD, AND EVERYTHING IN IT IS MADE IN CHINA
They showcase their craftsmanship to attract brands to "OEM" with them.
Nevertheless, rebranding or not, Dindin's kit is superb. You'll be confident that the makers of Ludwig, Gretsch, PDP, Sonor, and Yamaha in China is also the birthplace of High End Fernando Kits.
But if you'll ask me about purchasing this kit...... I'm now happy with my Pearl Reference Kit =-)

no argument about that sir :-D

Of course it's legal, everyone is doing it as long as there's an agreement between the manufacturer's and the retailers.
Think of it as a tshirt printing business, the chinese/korean companies are the tshirt printing companies and fernando/rj are
young entrepreneurs ordering custom tshirt's from them to sell to their market..
Back to topic na bros.
Ganda padin ng pagkagawa nito for sure.
of course the real question is the craftsmanship.
-
I'd like to know what are the specific spec of the kit...
(e.g. is it a 10 ply maple snare ala eric singer?)
-
nawala yung Dindin kit sa JB Megamall, may kumuha na daw... :-D

Ty Dindin.. and you are correct.. it is missing a 14" floor tom :) (special order like what Gretch did sa mga Catalina?) \m/ Cool kit!! (i've seen in before in Megamall and the craftmanship is really nice!) Worth every buck!
-
Wow! :-D
