I don't own expensive pedals.

no budget for them....yet.. :evil:

I have big feet, that's why i have to have the huge gap between the 2 rows of pedals in case you're wondering.

what and where's your psu?

Godlyke Powerall bro. The Damage Control is not in the daisy chain though coz it's running the tubes at full 250V plate voltage so I'm letting it's original psu feed it hehe. medyo hassle parin ksi I have to bring 3 wallwarts sa gig. The Powerall, the DC's psu and my PSU for my RP500.

wow..that's a handfull of psu's...

i would suggest that you have fonz add a 2nd tubular on the top portion of yer PG to get some space underneath to accomodate your psu's.

Hey that's a nice idea. I'm sure this will accomodate most psu's. Unfortunately, the Womanizer's psu is super laki as in super talaga. Think laptop charger with a super chunky transformer hehe. Siguro if he adds a 3rd tubular baka kumasya pa. Kaso yung angle ng wah ko magiging wirdo na. I guess I'm gonna have to bare with it nalang for now hehe.

you're welcome bro. was just wondering how there isn't one yet

since there's been a strong following for fonzy's work for some time now.

and another thing you could do or try, is add thicker rubber feet at the bottom panel just to add a few cm of space so you wouldn't need a 3rd tubular. :-) that's what Fonz suggested and that's exactly what I'm gonna have him do.

2nd mini board lang hehe mahirap dalhin yung isa malaki, para sa manila,
simple lang at yung kailangan lang para sa 3-4 songs  :lol:

Custom size sir.. I asked Fonzy last time kung pwede nia ko i-gawa ng NANO sized pedalgrill 15x8 and bag na pwede din itali sa gigbag.. Hirap kasi ako sa byahe kapag maraming dala..  :-D

Di kita sa pic.. but it's just a 1spot & a Strymon psu :-) the first two pedals (wah & sunface) are powered with batteries. :-D

I'm looking into a powerall para makagamit nung iso pump for the chorus @ 12v & trem @ 18v.

sakto 3 pedals, kung sisiksikin, 4pedals.... nakasetup na s'kin, pero sa weekend pa ko makakapagpost, hehe
on the go talaga hehe 1spot gamit ko (wag lang mag produce ng unwanted noizzeee!!  :roll:) wala ko bilib sa 1spot eh haha

mahirap lalo na dito sa Manila at walang kotse hehe tapos 3-4 songs, kaya ako nag setup  :lol:

saka yung kasama kong gitarista sa band ang mismo! kaya hindi ko kailangan maraming pedals sa tugtugan  :lol:

just a tip for those who want to tidy up their grill guts.

if you don't have cable tie mounts or anything to tie your wirings up.

same reason why I opted to try an alternative.

 apparently, all hardware stores/88 peso stores I've been to, either doesn't have them cable tie mounts in-stock

his bags are good. fit of course depends on your PG's dimensions so no problems there. zips and straps are nice.

haven't tried/seen bumbum's work personally so I can't really compare.

For me, zipwires/cable ties are still cheaper and more reliable.

Just got my elevated Pedalgrill w/ bag a while ago. Sa Tandang Sora kami nag meet ni papa Fonzy. Dami obstacles, baha na dinaanan ko sa cainta at nahuli pa ko ng traffic enforcer sa may U turn sa tapat ng Iglesia ni Cristo sa may Tandang Sora bwahahah! Buti na lang pinatawad din ako kung hindi bali wala yung 10% discount ko.

i've been a multi-fx guy all my life... that is, until now. it would be interesting to hear what you guys have to say about my first, newby attempt at assembling a pedalboard rig - but please be gentle! hehehe :-D

Meron kaunti sa ace, pero kadalasan hindi industrial strength. True Value has them too.

I have both Powergrip and the industrial strength na Velcro. Walang laban yung velcro (pero malakas pa rin siya).

Best grip I've seen is Powergrip + fuzzy side nung  industrial strength na velcro brand. Beat even powergrip + powergrip. Could save you some strips sa powergrip kug nagtitipid ka. Line the board with Velcro brand nalang na fuzzy (which would also make it compatible w/ pedals with normal velcro).

i replaced the stock velcro pala with the orig velcro.

for those who's asking, meron nun available at true value stores. it costs around 500 per 4ft. mine needed around 3 boxes, so + 1500. mas mura pa rin kaysa sa pedaltrain, hehe.

Bro, who did the mounting? Ganyan din kasi ang akin pero nag liit lang ng mA ng power supply ko. So Im thinking of getting a pedalgrill tapos mounting a new psu with 3A to power my M9 and some other pedals. Mga 1 year ko nang plan to pero di natutuloy. haha

@charles - here's the order, depending on the custom switcher.

Toggle 1 (front of amp): MXR CAE Wah -> Comp 66 -> OS-2 -> Shredhead -> G3 -> EQ -> amp input

Toggle 2:  (FX LOOP):  MXR CAE Wah -> Comp 66 -> OS-2 -> Shredhead -> Amp Input -> Blackstar HT40 Amp preamp/distortion -> EFX Send -> G3 -> EQ -> FX Return -> Blackstar HT40 Power section


The advantage of toggle 1 is I get to use G3's dirt and modelling in front of amp (kasi pag sa FX loop, nawawala yung dynamics and hindi pantay yung volume).

While on toggle 2, it enable me to use the amp's distortion with the G3's noise gate.  Also the delay and reverb is positioned rightly in the chian.

Yup,gamit ko g1 (reverb,modulation,delay,tuner at volume pedal na din)
 :lol: fhole...napagtripan ko lang lagyan,im using ibbypgm kz bigla pumasok sa isip ko lagyan fhole PG ko.

Ang ginawa ko is tinanggal ko rubber feet and binaliktad ko yung base plate so ang naka velcro is yung unexposed na part ng plate, para hindi ma ruin yung printed side for resale :-)  try mo.  By the way, OT, nagdi distort ba yung cae wah mo pag humbuckers or high output pickup ang gamit?

really depends on the size/specs of the PG that you'll get since custom sizes are available.

folks with larger boards either bolt them on underneath the board with screws together w/ those (small bendable pieces of metal) and some with smaller boards use cable ties.

heck you can do a combo if you like.

personally I use those small 3M Command 1 thingamajigs for my pedal wiring

most hardwares have them, if not try checking japan home or daiso. they come in different lengths. shouldnt be hard finding them.

Acquired my Pedalgrill recently.. 2nd hand but in great condition! :razz:

Tried to make the set-up look as tidy as possible.. I guess I need 'em pancake patch cables to make it super clean haha :-D

help naman po mga sir,
may pedal akong nabili ko for 500, DOD Equalizer pedal po sya, kso, pag sinasaksak ko, umiilaw lang siya, pero pag mjo nilakasan mo yung volume ng amp, madidinig mo na may tunog pero napakahina talaga, then naisip ko baka hindi sira, pero tinry ko timplahin, wala, ganon padin yung tunog, ano po kaya problema ng pedal na ito?

oh I see, sayang recently sold my bigger grill, you would've been able to use it.

it was a 12 x 30, sold it with bag, psu and powergrip for cheap.

Usually mataas ang clearance sa ilalim ng pedalgrill.  Yung pedaltrain ang mababa kaya mas hindi kasya sa ilalim ang psu sa pedaltrain.  Baka natanggal yung original rubber feet ng pedal grill nyo.

Pero Fonzy came up with a solution to that. Tumaas na ngayon yung elevation ng pedalgrill, yung PG-Tank... yun. I have one kakukuha ko lang nung isang araw

Yep! Each drive has different settings kaya wala ng yukuan hehe. Very important yun kasi I play at church para walang hassle. What's interesting is that my JD9 can get the tones of an FD2,TS9, Sparkle and Signa.. secret is the Mids... :-D

PSU: 1 spot lang for all, Im removing the noise tru the M9's noise gate. I will be buying another 1 spot to make sure my pedals get the right power or 2nd hand DIY PSU's  :-D

Mag DIY PSU ka na lang kaya bro yung may isolation, lalo dami mo drives, kukulangin ng power niyan pag nadaan na sa malakas humigop hehe, tsaka ang alam ko nakaka alter ng tone ang noise gate, tama ba? hehe! Anyways, kakainggit ng setup mo, gusto ko rin ng M9...  :-D

Sulit naman :) On its own, OK na OK.
Pag ginamit kasabay ng dirt pedal, mejo maingay.
Nasa 3 o'clock threshold ng NS-2 pag pag sinabay ko.

I'm not actually into compressors, actually, kanina ko lang binili (last stock sa GS).
Just playing around with it, though, I like it at Vol : 12:00, EQ: 12:30, Comp : 2:00

Thanks bro. Pasensya na. Naghahanap lang talaga ako ng pamalit na comp sa CS-3. Gusto ko ng transparent, small size, quiet, at pwedeng gawing volume boost. So sana mag-fit siya sa needs ko. God bless!

ahhh, Mark, mukha ngang plastic version yung Zoom Expression pedal mo parang rounded yung base..tama, kaya pala ZOOM FP02Metal..yung sa akin and yung isang nabenta ko is parang straight parang die cast  yung base..hehehe

same tayo di padin natitibag yung g3 sa board set up..haha tinanggal ko na yung expression pedal..for now..pangdagdag space..hehe
