Title: Copyright question
Post by: ax2x3m on September 10, 2006, 12:28:32 AM
Hey guys, just wondering if i have to copyright each song individually in a CD i made or can i do it all at once. I was just thinking na it would be better sana kung sabay sabay. kasi nga dba kelangan ng affidavit for each application plus 100 pesos.

any replies would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Ipa-registered mail mo addressed SA SARILI MO RIN with your address.  Siyempre magkakapost date yon.

Galing no?

Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines provides that "ownership" in a "work" is given protection at the moment of creation.

Registration with the National Library only is required if you want the © in your work. The year it was registered follows the ©.

A poor man's copyright allows proves ownership and time of creation. Two independent people can come up with the same work. The first one to register will be given presumption of creation.

Make the CD, and file with the National Library. The cost will be nearly the same.
