Hey guys, thinking about having your Cabs and Amps retolexed, regrilled or want to have a custom cab or amp shell?

So I got hold of a 1976 Dual Showman Reverb which was rehoused in a Twin Reverb case.

I asked them for a restoration but they gave me an idea to make my own design  :wink:
So I asked them for a blue-gray tolex, side handles and locking wheels.
Now they've only had my amp for 2 days and as of this morning this is how she looks like  :-D

They're prepping the handle and wheels. Boss says he'll have to check if the side handles are still needed.

Now the great thing about this is they actually follow the original amp design and dimensions in retolexing
but I can assure you they can cover your custom designs.
You can even give them the parts you want to use to mod your amp  :wink:

Now accepting orders for wooden guitar racks. You can submit your own designs and what not. Options for paint or tolexed.  :-D

Yes they do. They converted my amp head into a combo. The opposite thing is probably feasible too  :-D

sige guys,  provide lang kayo ng tolex and hardware kami na bahala sa works. mas okay kung housing na lang padala nyo para di exposed sa hazard ang amp. pero ok lang din kahit kasama amp ingatan na lang namin. try din namin mag-source ng ibat ibang tolex and hardware. please share some links ng mga potential sources. thanks guys  :)

We will probably only stock black tolexes, special tolexes will have to be ordered by request.

Actually as much as possible we'd like you to have a design of your own. We will try to make a prototype model though for people who wouldn't want one customized.

Well not really as difficult as you might think. You can lift plans/blueprints from the net, add a little of your own design and we can go from there. Locally available wood and metals are definitely
useable. As for as quality goes, more expensive rivets/nails and whatnots can be used per request.

Hi, if we can find one or if you know where we can get some that would be great. Unfortunately we haven't checked the wood inventory yet as it's hard to stock special wood types since we'll never know who wants what.

If you're really serious about this though, give us a ring and we'll find some for you.

EDIT: We can source Pine from MicSis' Pine guy  :wave:

^^want! :)  Ang ganda sir!  Spec'd out to a 'proper' fender cab that I really drool over.  Most don't go that far for detail, but you went the whole mile.

Thanks bro! Halatang Fender Fanatic no. Pwede tayo gumawa nito in one-day lang. Mas mahirap and mas creative yung ginawa mong cab. So I think simple lang sayo to.  :)Two major reasons bakit ako gumawa nito: First, gusto kong maging useful yung 60's 2x15 cab and mga spare parts ko. Second, to avoid expensive shipping costs pagbumili tayo abroad ng cabinets alone  :oops:

Next project naman yung 1x15 cab na kambal nya. Pero gagawin ko syang blonde. Sana maging okay.

Ok nga din sana I really wanted a matching fender cab before.  It's just that the parts have to be right! :cry: Lalo na yung grillcloth, malamang sa hindi, awkward yung match if I get a new one kahit parehong silverface style 'blue and silver'.  You did great, as i see it.  The aged hardware and the D120 JBL is a nice touch (or steer) in the right direction.

We only use colored tolexes for amp covers for now (see 1st page for a midnight blue cover).
We feel some fabrics are easily dirtied, and we recommend tolex for maximum protection  :wave:

What I'm not entirely sold on is the hole/window for the amp's faceplate/logo. Additional na susuutan ng gabok e. Hehehe. But I'm sure hindi issue pag ayaw ng client na may butas. Mas madali pa nga on your part.

Hi AL, di sya totaly butas, may transparent material yung window para lang makita agad kung ano model ng amp ang nasa loob. So walang papasukan ng dust =)
