...so you're GASing for this new pedal, guitar or whatever. You immediately went to youtube to look for demos. After minutes of searching, you finally saw one of your favourite demo guys to demo your latest GAS item.
These are the guys that provide the best audio quality, the best comprehensive demo and the tastiest licks that makes you even want the item more.
These are some of the guys i feel that should have good credit for doing such a good job in the guitar music industry.
*popintothechemist - does the tastiest licks! *Rob Chappers - he is not afraid to site what's lacking and highly praises what is deserving...good sense of humor too! *GregsGuitars - hands down has one of the best tone/voice in youtube *Pete Thorn - so who doesn't know the guy?? *germandude *aka* blackjack sound alike - i like him coz he does the in-your-face-raw-sound-demo. *Brett Kingman *previously burgerman666 - covers all palettes of sound combinations. one of the best stop overs when checking a boutique pedal *Andy of proguitarshop.com - always use the best song to demo
Dislikes:
*lmsjr - *aka* The Tone King. lacks the flesh tone. *Paul of guitarworld.com - to me, his demos are just plain lifeless

I like the demos of brett kingman because he does them into a real clean sounding amp not like with gearmanndude which uses an amp nearly breaking up.

i dont like chatreeo's demos. maybe because its not in english or because he just wanks all over the place without really showing what the gear he's demoing can do. he needs Ael's brit accent i think. :-D
si gearmanndude din di ko masyado gusto. he does get his hands on some tasty stuff but he demos stuff mostly from an old school approach: plug it in and crank it up. he misses a lot of what those pedals can do by not varying his playing much too. and his amps always have a bit of dirt dialed in. he does have nice guitars and amps, though.

I like Alex and Rob, too! Especially, Alex. Alex Hutchings is just one of those guys who can truly convince or influence any guitar player to purchase and patronize the stuff he's endorsing.

Isa nga din palang napaka BULOK at napaka WALANG KWENTANG lesson or demos yung gawa ng "EXPERT VILLAGE" lalo yung kalbo...meron pa nga yung babae na "how to make your guitar sound like a doorbell"...major waste of time..

proguitarshopdemos at yung nag dedemo ng boss pedals sa official boss channel. di ko gus2 yung ng dedemo ng mxr pedals yung nakashades na kalbo. xD

I love Andy from PGS, he makes me wanna buy the pedals he demos. He's also a very versatile guitarist! what really surprised me was the fact that he played without a pick because his tone had so much attack and clarity. Plus yung boses niya parang hinihypnotize kang bumili ng gear not like Paul who has this really annoying high pitched voice.
I dislike Paul from guitarworld, he makes everything sound crappy along with that stupid choppy noise gate guitarworld has haha it makes all of the artists sound like they have speech disorders haha. Plus he loves cranking up the gain of almost all of the amps and drowns the tone in reverb. Pero... kamukha niya si marty mcfly haha yun lang siguro haha

Love: Rob Chappers and Captain Lee from Andertons for fun and entertaining reviews
Andy from PGS for professional demos. Plus points din yung riff knowledge nya, he plays songs that actually bring out the gear's character
Neutral: Owen O Mally from Gear Wire Quick and informative reviews pero hit or miss sya minsan
Paul from Guitar World As with Owen hit or miss sya, minsan okay minsan panget reviews.
Greg from Gregs Guitars He has great tone pero his reviews are like a one string banjo, pare-pareho ang tunog ng mga demoed guitars
Robert Renman or Rotren Reliable and experienced reviewer pero he's just too robotic. Parang programmed and scripted lahat ng dialogue and actions nya.
Hate:
The Tone King Ego + Using Showoff Riffs while demoing + Annoying accent + Inappropriate gear combos

Best: Andy of Pro Guitar Shop - He almost got all popular stuff covered in a big way. Plays awesome and always sounds good. Demos are of great quality and production. Everything is elaborate but no nonsense.
Worst: Mark Lucas of NStuffMusic - I think the guy hacks my search results. He's everywhere and when you watch you just fall effin' asleep. I mean can you please cut to the chase and speak faster please.

faves: prymaxe guys, PGS(andy), rob chappers and capt. lee (anderton's).
gearmandude is cool but he mostly plays SGs so di ko marinig yung gear kapag naka strat pero if naka strat naman ok. :D

Hate (Actually awa yata): Yung kalbo sa worldmusicsupply. Nakakainis kasi ang galing galing naman niya kaso nung nanood ako ng demo ng DS-2 halos hindi man lang nagchords! haha and halos sa ibang demos ganoon rin.
Tapos yung isa nakalimutan ko yung tipong: "this is the pedal, this is the box.. taking it out of the box now....." hay

Magaling magdemo yung official channel ng Boss - BossChannel. Pati yung kaboses ni Jack Black/Black Jack na si gearmanndude, natatawa pa ako nung dinemo niya yung Digitech Death Metal. Pinaka-ayaw ko ay yung sa guitarworld.com, ang hilig kasing mag lead kahit saang pedal. Di ko tuloy marinig ng maayos yung pagkakaiba ng mga distortion and overdrive pedals.
