Are those real MOP inlays? They look like mis-aligned stickers.

If you think that it's really an old MIJ, the people at mylespaul.com forum might help. There are a lot of experts there.

Yes sir. Its real mother of pearl emblems po. I dont have a good cam to take detailed pics. Sorry for that. All of its parts are gotoh. The pickups has a gotoh brand all caps. Ill post pics po sometime. Thanks again sir royc. Its not stickers by the way. I got this guitar from my bandmate. And its been his main axe for about 10years. All hardwares and pickups are labeled gotoh.
Sorry, I zoomed the pics and noticed that the inlays are mis-aligned so I thought they are stickers. I am also unsure of the wood coz it's hard to see the grain from the pics. Anyway, it could be an old MIJ, but I really do not believe it is a lawsuit guitar which is to answer your original question. A real lawsuit guitar would look almost exactly like a gibson les paul, especially the TRC, and the craftmanship would be very good.
Lawsuit question aside, if it feels and sounds good then that is more important.
