Title: HELP: what type of sound card to buy

I aint got the budget yet pero im planning to do recordings on my pc.. Anong sound card po ba ang needed for me to record my voice and my guitar? anong gadgets po ba needed? If i will have a budget ayos na ba ang 7000 for a started kit? san po ba makakabili ng such tools?

you could probably get an m-audio 2496 which is pretty good as far as A/D converters go and there isn't much latency since it is ASIO and doesnt use USB or firewire.

i use a delta 1010 for my PC setup through a mackie 24-8 and it works great. you will have to worrk about mics though since pre-amps going into the card are much better than the onboard/inline stuff. that, and you dont have to worry about gain messsing up your mix...

digi001/002 of digibox with protools and you cant go wrong, top notch quality which is hard to beat
