not sure if a thread about her already exists kase walang results when do i a search..

She is the one who made me love music..she's the reason why i love playing the guitar and sing..

Any fans out there?

I'm a fan... :-D

Her first album ("Jagged Little Pill") was really something else. My favorite track is "You Learn".

Galeng talaga ng lyrics niya. The albums that followed didn't move me in the same way though. They lacked the "edge" of the first one.... for me anyway.  :-D

Nabuhos na 'yata niya ang lahat ng angst niya sa unang album kaya wala nang natira for the others.

yeah..like what they said one time big time lang daw si alanis..hehehe..

binili ko lahat ng sumunod na albums nya..may mga kantang hindi ko rin nagustuhan masyado..unlike sa first album na walang panapon na kanta..

pero in fairness eh bumawi naman sya sa so called chaos na album..5 ung songs na nagustuhan ko dun! at pinagaralan ko rin tugtugin!

wala na ung website nya eh..siguro kase di na nga sya gagawa ng kanta..nakakamiss din sya. hehe!

any other fans out there?Ü

Napanood ko sya dun sa lumang Nickelodeon, "You can't do that on television" ata title nun...

Yup, fave album ko din yung "Jagged little pill"... fave ko naman dun eh "Ironic" & "Head over feet" (<<<kinakanta pa sakin ng ex-gf ko to dati)  :-D :-D :-D

...kaso lang hindi na nya napantayan nung mga sumunod na albums nya.

Up to now tinutugtog namin ung "Ought to know"nya!

w/ machine nga lng pra maging RNB techno!

loved her ever since...

she's my biggest influence sa music industry so far... i see to it na kahit papano eh mei na cocover kaming song niya kahit isa lang sa gig.  :mrgreen:

Isa mga creative at talented na artist ng dekada 90's sayang lang at nawala. Compare ko siya ke carly simon pero yung careeer ni carly simon ay nagtagal at nasa hall of fame siya bilang songwiter.

gusto ko yung You Oughta Know, Ironic, Thank You, etc.  :-D siya isa sa mga unang singer-songwriters na fave ko.  :-D
